After seeing no movement for over a week I checked the queue list this morning and saw the huge jump and came right over here. Hoping it can move another 12 hours in the next few weeks then I'll be set. I'll throw my current 2070 on eBay after that which will offset my upgrade cost to only a few hundred bucks. I was beginning to think the queue just wasn't going to move anymore. Light at the end of the tunnel, finally!




3888 hasn't moved for close to a month now, and there are members here including me that are less than 5-10 seconds away from being notified.  Its been a long journey since Dec for us 3888 crowd, even more for those in the 3897 crowd.

“…crushes estimates and guides much higher….”  This statement was part of NVIDIA’s quarterly report to Wall Street yesterday. It also leads my daily lack-of-a-new-gpu-frustration report today. If you charted my frustration over time dating back to September 17, it would be the superlative exemplar of the “hockey stick” graph.
 
We should have some stragglers from yesterday’s drop (and hopefully some KPE HC's and other "new" drops)…best of luck today!

Yup. That’s the point I was trying to make. At this point, I’m not sure if I want to attempt the Ti line. I don’t think i need that frustration as well.

I think I'm just going to wait for the 3897, then maybe step up to the 3080ti


3080ti will be price higher , as good as previous 2080 ti pricing .  It will be deja vu again.

Tomshardware has aticle about 3080TI gets Geekbenched.  It is not the EVGA version, which we all know will perform better.

So I called the customer support line. They told me that replying to the email as I did is the course of action and to sit tight.

What is the preferred contact method to try and get another link? I did some searching but 1200 replies is a pile go to thru. I did reply to the ordernotify email, but I'm sure that is wrong.
Thanks for keeping up the queue stats for the last 8 months. This has been a long journey.

Call Customer support EVGA at 9 am Pt and tell them you responded to email already, they will send you new one and you will then be able to purchase :)



This   CptT95 nailed it.
 
My full recommendation for folks who miss the email and want to try to rehabilitate it is the following:
 
  (1) reply to the email (it should have come from ) and indicate your desire to purchase the card.
  (2) call EVGA customer service during their working hours (9 am to 6 pm Weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays)): 1.888.881.EVGA (3842)
  (3) they should be able to locate your reply, confirm that the queue has reached your registration and reissue you a new email with a new link to purchase your card. It might take a day or so for them to confirm on-hand inventory and issue the replacement email.  
 
Please be vigilant about checking your in-box, whitelist  with your preferred email client, and do not panic about the 8 hour window. EVGA should get you sorted.

You have to pay shipping both ways and sales tax from full price of TI. And there also queue for Step Up. Probably better option to buy 3080 Ti and sell 3080 then.
