So, i did sign up for the B-stock queue...maybe sooner or later something will turn into a YES! Looks like B-Stock items are coded as RX instead of KR. Also, warranty is 1 year instead of 3 years.

Correct.  In-stock notification without any reserved position, as usual prior to creation of the queue system.  The queue is used for new release products (3000 series, Z590 motherboards).

quick question re: 3080ti queue.  how will we get teh 24hour advance notice for elite members? do we just need to keep checking the site? or will there be an email announcement?

First 24 hours post launch of the new EVGA skus should have an "auto-notify" button that is only lit for Elite members. Likely a tweet but I'd be surprised if there is an email announcement.

You won't be notified for B-stock 30 series cards. It takes time for the system to even start the process of sending you a notification its in stock and they're sold out in less than a min if not seconds
 
Your best bet is to set up a monitor on them for stock changes and be lucky.

Thanks for clarifying guys. At this moment, i'll sign up for everything I can! I had promised my 6th grader son at Xmas that I would building a gaming PC if he finished the school year with good grades. School ends in a week and he has straight A's....I am only missing the GPU...getting close on the queue for the 3657...but i am afraid it won't be my turn in time...so he'll get my olf gtx 1650

X3 black moves 8 mins while gaming moves 5 hours.   why does evga even have sku's when they dont want to deliver them?   Its even worse for 3080's some them have barely moved.    Why not simply have a queue only for items that move, why make ppl subscribe to queues that they have no intention of delivering.
 

I'd take 40mins of movement on the EU queue and be happily off with my 3060.
With your logic, they could just remove the EU queue entirely as it doesn't deliver anything.

Whelp, it looks as though though the Step Up 3897's got the love (for the most part) this month.  Congrats to them.  I hope EVGA shifts the focus of disbursement to the sign up queue next week.

Wow...8 months in the queue as of today.  This wait has lasted longer than my last relationship.

Collectively over the two weeks, almost 9 days of timeline....

Interesting, going to average that 4-5 days per week. And I do not have any confidence it will sustain at the moment....
