It would, however, be nice to get some official word from EVGA that the queues *are moving* - at least for the EU market (some 250-300m people!) - which is on "eu.evga.com" as opposed to "evga.com" Right now we can see from the empirical evidence that we have, that the queues are moving for the US market. People are getting emails, fulfilling their orders and signing off - hopefully happy with their products? For the EU market, to the best of my knowledge not one person (not one?!) seems to have gotten the same. Myself included and I'm down for the 3090 FTW Ultra since 9/24. I don't think it unreasonable to get some kind of reassurance to "hang in there, we'll get to you!". I don't mind the wait, but...... you know..... :-) My preference is to order via evga's own website, ideally utilizing someones associate code here, to give something back to the community.

BovineGamer has been posting regular EU queue updates in this thread (and likely others) on this forum. It does appear that folks on the EU queues have received invite to purchase emails...but drops to the EU queues started later in the year and I have no visibility into the volumes, frequency, etc. Hopefully folks in this thread who are in the EU queues will report back here when they receive their invite to purchase emails. Best of luck!

gsrcrxsi is EVGA ever planning to make/ship any lower end 3080 XC3 skus? I've been on the notification list for a 3080 XC3 Black and XC3 Gaming since the morning day one (9/17 ~ 7am). I understand that they prioritized the high price skus at first, but to not have any movement on these skus for over 3 months is a bit much.
Nobody in this thread will have any concrete, verifiable information about upcoming drops or inventory levels. But, my opinion is that we are unlikely to see a huge deviation from the historical practice we've witnessed over the last three plus months. Ultras will get priority over Gaming Blacks and Gaming skus seems to be AWOL (except in the 3060 family).
there's a big difference between "priority" and "ignore". they haven't shipped any 3080 Black/Gaming models to the queue. If we see progress on it at least that would be one thing, but there's nothing. and I'm aware that most forum members wont have inside info. the post is more just venting, and giving the "EVGA_[employee]" lurkers another post to ignore like they always do.

I am not taking issue with the main thrust of your argument that the 3080 Blacks have not dropped in material numbers to the North American queues. But, just for the sake of accuracy, they have dropped 3080 Blacks to the queues (the most recent drop being the Monday, December 21 (when the queue moved approximately 8 minutes)). Again, not enough 3080 Blacks have dropped...not even close.... kandiflippin Enewt what's your associate code for when they do drop? Thanks enewt - yeah I was using, I believe, BovineGamer's actually. I'm on it myself :-) ... and kudos to the guy/girl for doing that.
What I find "odd" is that no one (?) who's down in the queue for a 3090 FTW3 Ultra has gotten a notification. Sure a couple of random people seem to have been alerted for 3080's but zero people on the 3090 FTW Ultra's seems deeply suspicious. Sure, logically you can't deduce from "lack of notification" that it's not moving, but since I was in myself pretty early in Sept myself, probably 1-2 days "max" after the queue button appeared..... if not hours or minutes after it showed up (I don't know when exactly it appeared so I can't say for sure). The fact that the US queue seems to have moved substantially beyond this timeframe gives me cause for concern. Of course, it could be that many many people were in before me, and none of them added themselves to that spreadsheet, but while possible......I'm wondering if likely? What I don't want of course is to be "blindly waiting patiently" when in fact, the queue isn't being looked at/actioned. Overall, and I've had a look at some manufactures out there and EVGA seems to be about the best in supporting this queuing system, but some extra visibility would be great here. I'm not talking much either. I'd love to know numbers, but don't expect that - and understand why they won't want to share but improving visibility here may even bolster/improve their market dominance (even further) - win win.

I think we'd all appreciate extra support, transparency, increased volume and drop frequency , etc. But I remain thankful that EVGA is taking the added burden of running the queue system in the first place...lots (read: "all") of their competitors are not. And, yes, there is always room for improvement. But I can also work on improving my own patience too, I guess.

True, but my concern is more around seeing if there was a way to figure out if the EU queue is moving *at all*. I seem to remember the queuing system back in 2018 when the 2000 series card came out, so it should have been around the block, but it wouldn't be the first time that a bug has crept into some piece of functionality. Again, this goes back to visibility and transparency. It's great (read "smashing actually") that the community has reversed engineered the queues by collectively amassing the information that we all individually had, but wondering what could be done better. No, I don't have the answers either - but remain hopeful and optimistic that my turn will come soon.

100% agree with this. For most of us, eVGA is offering the only hope of getting a retail price card in the foreseeable future. I understand that we would "like" for them to forego sales to retailers in favor of the queue or give us constant updates, but these requests are not terribly realistic. They have volume commitments to retailers just like every other major distributor. Updates would be nice, but this requires accurate knowledge to be approved for distribution to the public. With the level of shortages we're seeing industry-wide, I'm not surprised that sharing this kind of information is not commonplace. The potential repercussions to the company for sharing inaccurate information or accurate information with poor timing is larger than most realize. I, for one, am just grateful that this option exists. Yes, it could still be months down the road, but it's better than "never" or whenever the shortage ends (same thing).

The EU is moving, but unlike the americans EU orders are sent straight from Taiwan and people have been majorly silent about it.

It's frustrating when a company is so short on stock from Nvidia, that they completely prioritize the higher, more expensive cards.
If I'm being honest, I haven't seen a single person on here, Reddit or Discord with a 3080 Black, let alone a handful of Ultras. Yet there are FTW3s EVERYWHERE with their oversized cooler and (imo) pointless 3 PCIEs. I guess if you flash the custom bios, then it really gets used?

Similar for me except for me its the 3898. I'm a bit under 7 minutes away. This is what I have the best chance at since I originally only signed up for the Black, Gaming and Ultra Gaming XC3s and I didn't do it until 9/20. Then I didn't wise up until 9/26 to sign up for the FTW's. So my being 9/20 for XC3s and 9/26 for FTWs isn't promising but EVGA getting through the entire original small 3898 queue and then re-enabling notification which then created a fresh queue makes me feel like there is some hope. However there's no telling how many people are in those 7'ish minutes other than to say "a whole lot". Still I'll take 7'ish minutes in the 3898 queue over days in the other queues every time. I've never had anything that was water cooled so I think that's neat as well.

Larac I have little hope left to be honest.
New Models are released, new queue is started, old ones are not filled rinse and repeat.
That is the pattern EVGA is following, at some point they have to actually tell us if the old models are dead.
Then maybe they will offer the new models to the folks waiting since 9/16.
It would be nice to be wrong.
ya know, eVGA doesn't make the GPU chips...it goes with what NV ships to it. It's not a pattern that eVGA is following, it's a path that's been laid out for it. Stop blaming eVGA.
Chip availability has nothing to do with Evga allocating very little to the queue. The queue has been a ****show and it all could have been avoided easily.

You have no way of knowing how little is being allocated to the queue, unless you have some internal numbers you're not sharing with anyone.

Ryanz27 Do you know where the queue is at? the spreadsheet posts are usually not very accurate.
Last confirmed has the 3897 up to September 18th 10:48:01 according to enewt's tracking (which I think is the best most reliable source we have)

Sorry was distracted by like the 10th Evga drop of 3090 FTW cards in the last 2 weeks on amazon just now, just like the daily drop on Newegg and worldwide while the queue gets like next to nothing.
