3080 blacks are 9/16. I’m still 2.5 hours out. Urobulus Man, it's so messed up that we are STILL on the day of release of 3080s (or was it the day before Sept 16th?) a whole TWO MONTHS after actual release day...

Question, when issues like last night happen doesn't that mess up the queue going forward? Like, if ppl didn't make their purchase in time doesn't it go to the next person but if EVGA is helping to still fulfill orders for ppl who missed their window then doesn't that have a ripple effect not reflected in the queue times?

Dabadger84 For da kitty.
Well said. In other news, for the folks that had difficulty completing their purchases last night, if you have a moment, please let us know how you made out this morning with EVGA customer service. Hopefully the purchases went through today. Best of luck!
Still no word back from emails to the notification email or an email to orders@

Also, are you solely basing your queue times based on info from the community? Couldn't the queues technically be a little further ahead? There really should be a more official monitoring of this (not that I don't appreciate your efforts!)

That is the first big mess up that I've heard about. Some folks have missed their purchase windows. So far, if they reach out to EVGA and express their intent to purchase within a reasonable time frame after their window (I would call that 8 to 12 hours or so after the expiration), I have not heard of a situation where EVGA has not honored their position and helped them complete the purchase. However, on a holiday week like this, I would be especially proactive to get the issue resolved first thing today as they may not have the spare to send to you if they offer the stragglers up to new folks farther down the queue...and with the holiday break, there is the greater possible scenario you'd be waiting a bit longer for your card to come in to their warehouses and ship out to you. In short, if you missed the window yesterday, call customer service. Go get your card!

Yes, the reported queue times are all based on reports from consumers receiving "invite to purchase" emails. Thus far, we've been in a "very small ballpark" (think little league park, not Wrigley Field) from the front of the line, and never in front of where it actually is (that would cause complaints of "I was skipped", etc.). Folks have also reported back to the thread along the lines of "I am only 8 seconds from your stated front of the queue" so we know, for the most part, we are pretty close. As we get through the periods of congestion and pick up momentum from fewer data points, however, there will be fewer registrants' time stamps to help guide us and more space between each one...the rough estimate will get rougher...but again, not ahead of where the line actually is.

Really I don't know why they don't. Either they just don't want to dedicate any hours towards building the webpage, or it's something like behind afraid if we could see the queue it would make us super bummed out :)

Unfortunately this has been happening since last night. I had my opportunity to purchase a 3070 XC3 Ultra pass me by because I got that same error. I ended up replying to the email notification. Hopefully EVGA will give us another opportunity to purchase.

Hey friends. Been lurking here for weeks now. Here to report that I just got my notify for the 3080 XC3 Ultra! Although I am running into the same problem as others where I’m unable to check out.. I suspect that the queue jumped another >3hrs today because of this issue. (I’m guessing perhaps the many people that got notifies yesterday were unable to order) 10G-P5-3885-KR. 9/17/2020 17:55:51 signup time. EDITED due to date typo

This is so true haha, I know I'm weeks away from my card but I've been refreshing every hour and following this thread since 11/4. I can't imagine waiting 2+ months already. I was having GPU problems, screen blacking out and artifacting and thought my issues aren't too bad yet, I'll pick up a new card in a week or so. Turns out when my issues got worse a week later I found out how sold out these cards are... instantly regretted not queueing up for a 3070 on launch day =/ Turns out my issues were related to a drivers update. (Did an update 10/19 which had made my issues slowly start) but as of 11/17 after another update I'm fine for now. Still excited to replace my 1060 **** handmedown from my bf for something stronger. Been watching these queues slowly inch forward, checking newegg but unfortunately doesn't seem like a lot of stores are selling anything but 3080/3090s... gonna keep trying my luck and maybe score for the rumored TIs instead while I wait.

Congratulations on the queue reaching you and thanks for reporting back. As a precaution, I would reply to the "invite to purchase" email indicating your intent to purchase but that the checkout is down. You will get your card...but by replying (and calling customer service as an added step) now, you might get it shipped out sooner than others who don't take that step. Best of luck! As an aside, I don't think the website difficulties caused the jump. The card's queue is through the majority of the launch day congestion and is starting to pick up speed. EVGA is aware of the checkout issue and I am confident would not have immediately turned units that didn't get purchased yesterday into today's stragglers. They would have waited until this afternoon to give folks a chance to contact them to indicate an intent to purchase. Bottom line, I am confident that the 3080 XC3 3080 queue is picking up speed!!! Again, good luck!
