You can compare your date/time stamps against the applicable current positions of the queue above and that should get you a rough sense.  
 
With respect to the 3070s you listed, only the FTW3 Ultra has received a drop.  And that drop only moved it 27 seconds or so on the timeline (there is a tremendous launch day congestion of sign ups between 6 and 6:15 am).  You are likely looking at multiple weeks before your name comes up (likely into late December or 2021).  I am sorry I do not have better news.

the evga 3090 ftw ultra its be dropping on amazon every hour
 

I checked.. and unless I want to pay $2300 or more for a 3090.. which is list at $1799 ($1709 with someone's associates code) why would I buy it on Amazon?  Maybe it is being listed by Amazon actual and then snapped up.. I still lose 90 bucks not being able to use an Associates code there.
 
The only other brand I have seen there is a Zoatec which is a brand I do not trust... seen it new for $1823.. not going to bother.
 
Quite happy waiting here for a brand new 3090 or even a 3080.. and if that does not happen.. I can always pay a scalper for a Gigabyte Arours 3080, they seem to be going for 1300ish on ebay.  That's my backup plan if I don't see a chance in a few weeks at an evga.

Are there any places that sell the 3070 XC3 non-black editions? I've looked at Best Buy, Amazon, and Microcenter, and it looks like they only sell the version without the backplate. I'm wondering if I really only have the choice of waiting for the notifies here to start to get one.

 
I have not heard of regular, material drops of 3070 cards that are not blacks.  I think Newegg had a drop or two, but as I recall they were gone in a heartbeat.  Sorry I don't have better news.

Don't buy zotac though, they have bad caps

Bad caps for overclockers, I believe good for stock clock/voltage.
But yeah, zotac is low level quality wise.

I mean there are people who have so much disposable income that even scalpers prices are a drop in the bucket. These are the people that keep that market going.

I plan to wait patiently for my notification to pop.  I'm not in any kind of a hurry to replace my 1080ti.  According to the spreadsheet, I'm mid December and that's perfectly fine.  I don't even care if there's no free game at that point.

Unless you use a GPU to make money this argument doesn't make sense.  You're not losing any time or money by waiting - this is just how people justify paying over msrp - its always a poor financial decision to pay over list solely because of impatience.

You're losing time if you're spending hours a day on several sites trying to find a card available.
