Can someone clarify what these mean?  I get that it's a SKU, but what is the time stamp and what is the "PT Yes True" part?

pt yes/no is if an email was sent to you. A yes would mean that an email was sent to you with a link to purchase.
True/False means if the queue is active for you. So if you have 5 queues then only 2 will have a true.
Time stamp is when you joined the queue.

So I'm asking like..... when you order the card you put in your address do you pay shipping fees? How long does it take to arrive? Who delivers it? And where did they put it for you... outside your door or? Are there delivery instructions? Will there be tracking? I guess the biggest question is who delivers it? Fedex, UPS, USPS???

Also, how do you get those "I survived the que" shirts ;D

UPS delivers.  You will get a tracking number in your email.

There used to be a "signature required" option but with COVID UPS wasn't having people sign anyway, so they removed that option (after I paid for it twice and just had my 2000 dollar cards left on the doorstep all day.

You can setup an account with UPS that let's you have the package held at the closest center.  Or at least you could before.  Who knows now?
 
Make sure to update your address in your EVGA account once you move.

If that's not the case then what code am I thinking of? Also if tat isn't the case the shirt seems less desirable..... I thought only people who ACTUALLY survived the que could get one of those shirts.

I believe there was a limited number of t-shirts available which came for free when you purchased a GPU using a certain persons code, but those are long gone now. You can still buy them though.
 
There is a discount of 3% on new GPU purchased here at EVGA.com when you enter someone's Associate Code when you are in the checkout process - many people have an Associate Code link in their signature, just choose the code of whoever you want. You get 3% off, they get a few EVGA Bucks, which depends on the value of the GPU purchased.
 
You should update your delivery address in your EVGA.com profile if you want it sent somewhere different from what you have now. If you are moving in 5 days and have not received a purchase email yet, I would change your address in your profile now, unless maybe you live in the same neighborhood as EVGA (Brea, CA) and you get the notify email and make the purchase today... and even that might not be to you in 5 days because of the weekend..

There is a link in the email to make the purchase - you have 20 hours to make the purchase or you miss the boat. I bought two of the shirts as I had already gotten my cards before that short-lived promotion.
I doubt anyone who hasn't gotten a card would want to buy one anyway, so that's a self-correcting issue.

So you're saying that they send it to the address I have in my EVGA account and I don't enter billing and shipping info when I get the notify? I don't understand that.

Ur saying that when I get the notify all I have to do is put in my credit card number, they aren't gonna ask for my shipping address?

And on the fifth business day of the new year, EVGA rested. 
 
Over the last fifteen or so months since the queues were announced, we have had our share of salty rants (frankly, we've been a bit overserved on saltiness from time to time). Some have claimed that the queue is just a mirage...that our mystical camels are not real...that folks don't actually get to purchase a card from the queues. This week has shown that folks -- especially most of those on the 3998 K|NGP|N queue can get a card from that queue (again, congratulations). For those of us on the 3999 K|NGP|N queue, however, movement/drops/progress remain illusory.... 
 
It got me thinking about illusions in general...so with my free time, I googled. May I present to you, a "best illusion of the year" candidate for 2020...it is only a 1:12 long video...and if you are still reading my drivel, I would respectfully suggest that you can spare the time.  Enjoy!

I just got my email today and as far as I can tell successfully ordered my 3070FTW I've been in queue for for almost 11 months. Just sharing my experience for all, when it gets here and boots up I'll add to this post (crossing fingers). I want to give hope to the patient  customers such as myself...........
