What if my oldest entries are 10G-P5-3895-KR and 08G-P5-3751-KR? Is it real to get them, or it's better to replace them by *-KL?

Adding to what LeChuck said, these two SKUs really aren’t moving. There is a very low chance of notification.

How long does it usually (and I not these are not usual times) take to get a 30 series video card after signing up to be notified? I know the notification list service is closed right now, but I'm hoping to sign up soon.

I've been waiting since June 4th so quite some time.

If you did not sighed on first day - it probably will long wait. Look for announcement of new products and sign up as soon as EVGA open queue for it.

There is a reason enewt (and the rest of us) track seconds of movement.  I was 39 secs away from a 3080 Hybrid in December... Got it in June.  Some SKUs get minutes of movement in a week, and we usually consider that decent movement.  Some get more, but it is rare.  If your queue time isn't within a day, especially for popular SKUs, it is probably not happening IMO.  Of course, this is a broad brush and it doesn't cost you a dime to try, so best of luck.

Forgive me but this is my first pc build and the 3080 ftw3 ultra or 3070 ftw3 ultra will be the first ever product bought from evga, but when exactly will the queue line open up? Do we have a certain date or dates?

Congratulations on building your first PC! I am building my first one, too. Unfortunately, the re-opening of the queue is TBD. At this point, I’ve heard it won’t be until the current queue is cleared.

I’ve also heard the notification system might open upon the release of the Supers, but we don’t know when that is yet.

Good luck on your build. I wish you great success! In the meantime, do your best to explore every outlet possible to secure your EVGA card.

So I narrowed down my 2 queue choices:

I figured they are good value for performance to money AND I'm close (kinda) on the queue for both. 
 
Hopefully I can get them both too. It sucks the queue is doing this BUT I totally get it and it will keep things more fair while also hopefully speeding things up for people to buy. Didn't really want to go crazy and spend 1199+ on a 3080 TI anyway. Not when Supers are around the corner . . . :P

Reminder: Please reduce your number of active 30 series Queue registrations down to no more than two by 23:59:59 on October 10 or EVGA will lock you in for your two "oldest" outstanding registrations (for SKUs that may not ever drop to the queues again). EVGA has also offered further EVGA guidance on which queues to consider retaining. For those that are having trouble reducing their active 30 series registrations down to "no more than two" by the end of October 10 due to EVGA.com website issues, I hear that logging out, clearing your cache (including cookies) and then logging back in (along with an unhealthy dose of control-F5 not seen since the F5 battles of 2020) may -- and I stress the word "may" -- resolve the issue for you. If it doesn't, webmaster@evga.com is likely your new best friend.

If it is EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 XC BLACK GAMING, 12G-P5-3655-KR, 12GB GDDR6, Dual-Fan then no chance at all. This card should be called "Launch Edition" - the only purpose of this card to launch 3060 at MSRP price.
