:D Definitely - the 3080/3090 FTW3 Ultras are in huge demand, so they've been sending lots of those out (relatively speaking), so who knows, you may still get that one first.

The 3080 FTW3 is at 8:10AM on 9/17 according to the sheet. That order was placed on 10/22. That's the most useful info I can get from the sheet since it's not in chronological order, but it is helpful because as the times get closer to my own I will know that I'm close.
 
That puts me about 12 hours out. Hopefully the line will move a little quicker this coming week, but either way I'm sure EVGA will dump a bunch of these cards over the next 5-6 weeks.

Can you use a B stock for Step Up?  I have to admit at this point I'm tempted to just buy a dang 2xxx card and do that - I'm on a 970 and have been waiting (fairly) patiently for the right opportunity to upgrade.  I will say my 970 is a champ though, 5yrs old and still can do 1440p on most titles maxed out.  I've got a 4k screen though so have been champing at the bit for a capable card - the 3080 finally fits the bill IMO.

No.  B-stock is not eligible for step-ups.  They have a 1 year warranty and only 3 year warranty, brand new retail cards are eligible.

That is a scalping overpriced $$$ amount for worn out - used cards and 1/3 regular warranty.
Even new 2080Ti card should not be that priced unless nvidia pull out 3000 cards.

Looks like you're in for quite a wait.
3080 FTW3 Gaming you're at #190, EVGA have not sent any out yet.
3080 FTW3 Ultra you're at #908, EVGA have emailed to #150 so far.
..we keep hearing that production is ramping up, but so far it hasn't materialized. Maybe this week? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
