In my business, If I need to get something to a customer outside the USA, I have them create a pick up ticket from their shipper and just hand it to the person that comes to pick it up. You just need an honest receiver in the USA and then get your own delivery option lined up.

It is kind to me every day... So far, I have not had to purchase one of their shuffle bundles! :P

Rockville is a place I know exists, but I've never been there.  There is a fairfax MC, but I've never been there either.  Sad but true, I get panic attacks when I drive anymore.  That makes me nervous about moving away from an area with buses and trains for most places you want to go.  Means I'll have to get over it, or live out in a shed in the back and not see other people.
 
But I'm game for meeting up in rockville or whatever stupid place in maryland makes sense to have our souls crushed with lack of availability.  Worse yet, they have one card for the lot of us.  It becomes a scrum.  That would suck, but it would probably be a fun story to tell.  Plus, no sad faced person to mark our conversations as spam.

We can always dream, but unlikely. At this point the chances of winning that are so low you'd be as well off playing the lottery.

I know I'm new here, but there was a rumor that the 3080 will be phased out for the 3080ti, I doubt it, but if it isn't will there be another queue for 3080 ti? And will evga focus on that skew versus the standard 3080?
 
Again, but a lot of the predictions and assessments here come to pass.

Regardless of whether or not they completely phase out the 3080 for the 3080 Ti, there WILL be a queue for those SKUs that you can sign up for. Hope that helps!

Was hoping to find some reports today, but it is quiet.  I think that EVGA forgot to reload their GPU gun.

We've got one week left, mate. Here's to hoping it's an absolute deluge next week :/ Man, I was so excited when the pace picked up last Tuesday but then it immediately died off again..

Yup...I am calling it for the day...no reports thus far....

(Apologies in advance to infrequent readers who missed yesterday morning’s summary…you should probably skip the following intro.)
 
As an only child, my daughter is becoming an expert in the art of guerrilla warfare. As the only sub double-digiter in the home, she has to pick her battles and judiciously marshal her resources for strategic attacks that can inflict high damages while providing necessary deniability in the eyes of the larger world community.
 
Fast forward to the daily “school pick-up” commute home for yesterday. On most days, she gets to play DJ from the backseat using the Spotify account on my mobile phone (she doesn’t have her own mobile phone…this is just one way my wife and I oppress the agitator inside our nation-state through denial of private communications with the other insurgencies within our peer territories (i.e., her cousins, and her team and school classmates). We had a grand time singing our hearts out to some great ol’ classics, but she refused to play the song I felt I really needed to hear after the beatdown I suffered that morning at the hands of the KPE HC auto-notify button…Peter Gabriel’s Washing of the Water. (I know, sappy. But you try thinking up current songs that are kid appropriate and contain decent artistry while driving through LA traffic.)
 
The last three minutes of our commute requires the quick climb through a fairly narrow street up a hill to our home. I should have anticipated it. I should have steeled myself. I didn’t. And when the first bars of Empire started…I had to really concentrate to not drive off the road due to the shared laughter between the two of us. She had timed it perfectly…my edict from that very morning had been limited to a ban on that song…at the house. She had timed it perfectly. We were pulling up to the curb exactly as the last notes faded from the car’s speakers. I didn’t hear them though…her unrestrained laughter was still echoing around the car.
 
This morning, I awoke…without a KPE HC queue position…but with that damn song’s refrain stuck in my head. Again. Add another one in enewt jr.’s column. She is kicking my ass…and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
 
It’s Friday. We go again.

Steve at GN is doing a test on the 1 egg Gig PSUs, so when he shows they are fire hazards, perhaps folks can get their money back from New Egg on those.

If you visit any of the cards' pages, you can see what the price will go to. The grandfathered pricing is approximately $100 less than the current pricing on 3070s, but I'm not sure about any other cards. I would also assume this will affect EU pricing (it will be set to the current MSRP listed on EVGA's website).
