The only cards that are elite only are the KingPin variants (hybrid, HC and block). You can sign up for auto notify for all the rest without an elite membership.

Hello all.
This email is being sent in response to your request to be notified with availability updates for product 12G-P5-3657-KR and this product was marked as being in stock on 5/6/2021 at 9:45 AM PST.
Roths got me a notice of my turn. I saw him after 7 hours. There was 1 hour left for payment. And due to a technical reason unknown to me, I could not pay. Tell me what to do? Here is a photo of the error
If you go back a couple of pages back enewt has a detailed post describing what needs to be done. Folks that have missed notifications by days have successfully purchased cards following his instructions. In a nutshell:
1 respond to the email
2 call CS when they open and tell them of your situation
3 they will find the email you sent
4 they will send you a new email to purchase.

I'm going to jump the gun this morning and ramble on about the fallacy of adults are smart. Adults are not smart, age doesn't make you smart. A little wiser, sure. But if you're an idiot, age isn't going to fix that. The truth is something around 90-95% of adults are idiots. I include myself in that bracket. Now a much higher percentage of people think they know something, but it's a lie we tell ourselves. Why else would there be wars, famine, homelessness, Trump as a president, Biden as a president. Don't get me started on congress.. largely a cesspool of dumb talking heads. People who feel like wearing masks steals from their sense of self.
One thing we have in common in this thread is we like desktops and awesome gpus. That's a fairly small slice of people, so we are in this together. We're probably that 90-95% I mentioned before, but it's ok to not be the most brilliant person in the room. Let's not snipe thinking we are the brilliant person. Chances are you are not.

Ahh, yes. The Dunning-Kruger effect. Given that you know what you don’t know, it’s likely you are not as dumb as you think. It’s the people who think they are smart that are dumb.

(Apologies in advance to infrequent readers who missed yesterday morning’s summary…you should probably skip the following intro.) As an only child, my daughter is becoming an expert in the art of guerrilla warfare. As the only sub double-digiter in the home, she has to pick her battles and judiciously marshal her resources for strategic attacks that can inflict high damages while providing necessary deniability in the eyes of the larger world community. Fast forward to the daily “school pick-up” commute home for yesterday. On most days, she gets to play DJ from the backseat using the Spotify account on my mobile phone (she doesn’t have her own mobile phone…this is just one way my wife and I oppress the agitator inside our nation-state through denial of private communications with the other insurgencies within our peer territories (i.e., her cousins, and her team and school classmates). We had a grand time singing our hearts out to some great ol’ classics, but she refused to play the song I felt I really needed to hear after the beatdown I suffered that morning at the hands of the KPE HC auto-notify button…Peter Gabriel’s Washing of the Water. (I know, sappy. But you try thinking up current songs that are kid appropriate and contain decent artistry while driving through LA traffic.) The last three minutes of our commute requires the quick climb through a fairly narrow street up a hill to our home. I should have anticipated it. I should have steeled myself. I didn’t. And when the first bars of Empire started…I had to really concentrate to not drive off the road due to the shared laughter between the two of us. She had timed it perfectly…my edict from that very morning had been limited to a ban on that song… at the house. She had timed it perfectly. We were pulling up to the curb exactly as the last notes faded from the car’s speakers. I didn’t hear them though…her unrestrained laughter was still echoing around the car. This morning, I awoke…without a KPE HC queue position…but with that damn song’s refrain stuck in my head. Again. Add another one in enewt jr.’s column.
