If there are Windows 8.1 drivers for it then you're fine.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Intel may release drivers a little faster than we can get them listed on the site. If you're looking for the most recent drivers, you can go to the Intel Automatic Update Utility site, and download the driver updater from there.

My motherboard wait on replacement, here everything is near me for X99, only to install.
I can't pull Z77 FTW from computer, I will cry...
I hope I will cross on 980Ti soon, and later little on TITAN X.

Never some platform served me well as Z77, 3 years, whole time stable processor overclocked to 4.5GHz, memory in fabric specifications and no sign of bottleneck or I couldn't find these 3 years some platform where any graphic card could work better.
That's everything what one gamer need.

What model of GTX980Ti you have, ACX or reference?
    I like both.

980ti is about 90% of the performance of titan x for a fraction of the price! Get 2 980ti instead much better value! ;) see yah around!

    I 99% don't have money for GTX980Ti...
When I sell GTX980Ti I need to pay 350e more for TITAN X.
And I will need cooler.. GTX980Ti SC reference is faster than TITAN X.... but TITAN X SC is king.
Maybe I could keep example 980Ti SC reference 2-3-4 months and than to buy another same...
I have no problem with reference cooler sound on 70% in hard core gaming.
Except that I have 5820K and second card will work on x8... That's not difference at all.
But my plan was always to go on single premium card and later NVIDIA almost always give 80% stronger successor.
That's same as SLI. TITAN X is as TITAN Black SLI almost, Big Pascal will be as TITAN X SLI probably...
And you are always on single cards. People decide to buy GTX780Ti SLI soon before 900 series launch,
instead to sell one 780Ti and prepare money for TITAN X...
And NVIDIA give them same scaling as their SLI only better options because single card and more video memory...
