ALL: Check your PM's. I have enough folks to start the batch, and I have sent PM's. I have to be away at the end of the month, so I am going to press hard to get these done... but that requires the deposits for me to get the raw material. First deposits get the slots, so if anyone out there is still interested feel free to PM, or e-mail me.

I have been tied up with other things I needed the comp for as well as other things getting in the way with my clocking, but, for all who are interested, after an hour of IBT on Max load, my VRM never got above 35c, watched with EleetX, in general its just runs cool. Figured I would throw this in here for others wondering how Nates blocks do in the real world. Things are letting up a bit so I should be able to start doing some clocking again soon, and get some more temps then.

Ok, I hope you don't mind I just went ahead and emailed you Nate. Is Sneaky taking any customers for the engraving and resin work?

I only sent 1 to sneaky, but if you want I can send yours to him as well. Were in the middle of a race. The Dark blocks, vs the Xtreme11 blocks. which ever batch gets the deposits in first gets to go first.

Yes anyone who wants engraving done, just let me know and get Nate to post them off to me. Just keep in mind I am in Australia so you will have postage to pay from Nate to me, then postage back to you plus engraving cost.

I haven't cut a corner yet in my build and don't want to start now. Nate's stuff looks top notch and your top notch engraving is the only suitable finish. Once the blocks are close to completion we'll sort out some details and payments Sneaky.

bluvert89 Looks great, can't wait to get mine in. Had a question on your setup Matt. Noticed a couple things when test fitting some stuff on my dark 1) Does your I/O cover touch your backplate and 2) Did your mounting hardware(specifically the bottom right screw) rub against the socket lever? I have an EK cpu block so might just be an issue with it.
I was drooling over this thread today and noticed this post. If you still have issues with I/O and backplates, I have a simple fix. Using a dremel or tin snip, cut the bottom edge of the I/O cover, apply some u-channel molding. The lower screw hole will be gone, but the u-channel will friction hold the cover in place. If you worry about movement, Use a small square of 3M 4010 double sided tape on the side of the small I/O USB box that the cover can touch.

Man those look nice. Unfortunately the postage is probably prohibitive to the US.

Those are chipset blocks for the x79 DARK, the copper part. PM Nateman_doo for details, for both the chipset and the vreg blocks a deposit of $60 is needed.
