Your right not out just yet. I will be waiting for the i9-7980ex processor. I will wait to see the reviews on the EVGA Dark and Asus Apex. Then I can make a better decision.

Anyone have any idea if we might see these boards during the next week of pre-orders? Heck, anyone think we will even see them by the 26th for that matter? I understand that EVGA is usually a bit behind and it shows in the quality of their products, but I hate waiting around on their stuff, that almost always comes weeks later than other companies. :(

You have the exact same info everyone else has... waiting is frustrating... I don't know what else to add to that... I understand your frustration.

I would take the Dark or the FTW K. Whichever I can get my hands on first.

Really hard to sell and price something that hasn't received a price or gone on sale. Basically, don't buy from them.

I can preorder an i9-7900X cpu for the 26th of June but no dark board or Asus rampage apex doh.

Asus didn't happen to mention an MSRP, did they? I kinda have my eye on the Rampage VI Extreme. The EVGA FTW K is pretty tempting, too.

Dear good, now when i7-7820X and i9-7900X show up I could imagine how much will drop price of i7-5960X and i7-6900K.
People will offer them for very nice price, and that;'s chance for people who build budget X99. i7-6900K used can't cost more than 400-450 if
Intel Skylake-X 8 core cost 550-600. I told Guys invest in X99, don't look Z170, you will easier to find better CPU later, Xeons, Broadwell-E... etc...
Even i7-6950X new could cost between i7-7820X and i9-7900X. Closer to 8 core, used even less. Everyone will sell i7-6950X to add few bucks for i9-7900X.
That's nice chance for people who have ready X99. i7-6950X overlocked, same as i9-7900X stock, maybe even faster.
If I saw good memory results are nothing faster than on X99.

Edit: Never mind, I found it on newegg (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117795&cm_re=i9-_-19-117-795-_-Product).  I am waiting for the i9-7920x, I wonder when that will be available for preorder?
