Thanks for the pictures!  This is exactly what I was looking for as I prepare to install a 30xx Hybrid in my Lian Li 011XL (whenever they're available again, that is).  Your build looks pretty similar to my own:

Did you plug the rad fans to the card as the per the instructions? Being that our cards have bioses intended for the stock heatsink fans, do the rad fans stop (when the bios switch is in the normal position) as if they were the regular heatsink fans? I wish evga released a bios that is intended for us users that are converting their air cooled cards to the hybrid kits....

 
No, I plugged the fans into my motherboard, I have giant fan header that can deliver up to 3As, so I plugged them into that one. I don't want to zap power from the GPU. At 100%, that can be about 12W taken from my 4 fans.

Check out my response above, the plate is tied to the AIO, you can see thermal paste on the plate. I also made a topic to share temperature test I did, check above again.

Do you know the max fan rpm for the included fans? If they're fast enough I want to do push pull. And did you need to switch to the hybrid bios or can you keep the xoc beta bios air cooled version?

 
I believe they are 2000 RPM fans, someone else will have to chime in.

Im replacing the fans with Arctic P12 PWM fans and will do a push pull configuration. Currently I’m doing a push pull and getting 100 oc on core with temps of up to 55. Once i get the arctic P12, the noise of the fans will be silent and the temps should be cooler lol.

That's a good plan, I wish I did test push vs pull vs push-pull but I don't have enough time in the day. Went straight to push-pull haha.

I still have not decided where I am going to put my radiator. I already have a 360mm one for my CPU taking up a lot of space on a Thermaltake P5. There is really nowhere else to put it because the 3090 takes up the spot for the second radiator. Maybe I can stack them.

Share pics! That would be nice! Someone showed me photos of the card mounted horizontally fine in an XL. So I am surprised. Maybe they had a XC3, I didn't see the card itself. 

 
Not exactly what I wanted to hear. I have the regular case, non XL but was also trying to get the XC3 not FTW3. Hopefully the size difference between models helps it fit. Would definitely prefer to keep it horizontally mounted if possible.

The gpu block has thermal paste already pre applied and its good. My 3080 ftw ultra with the kit and xoc bios never goes above the fifties on stock fan settings. The included thermal paste pack is just an extra I would guess in case you want to put the card back to stock.

Usually on AIOs the thermal paste hardly makes a difference. You should be fine.

The bottleneck is the AIO heat spreader itself if anything.

I installed with the stock paste to see how it did, and in Cyberpunk it went from 70C to 52C

Anyone willing to share a link for a vertical mount that's solid and works well?
 
I have a Lian-Li 011 dynamic XL case as well and I'm running an Arctic 280 up top for the CPU. I currently have 3x Noctua's running on the side as intakes and 3x on the bottom as intakes. My first though was something janky like radiator between the motherboard back plate and the outside cover with the noctua's on the inside of the case but open to better ideas.

I'm using a Phanteks Vertical Mount.

Okay installed it last night. I have a 3x90mm fan array blowing on the backplate. It gets hot. Did a 3dmark pcie express test with the riser and bandwidth is the same as if it was plugged in directly to motherboard.

The XC3 can fit fine. The FTW3 might need a vertical mounting kit.

The XL can fit both.

I think I saw you post a photo of a normal FTW3 Ultra, how is the difference performance wise with them?
 
My FTW3 ultra doesn't get passed +130 in x1 (2085mhz max  )
 
 
(Gaming is +130) (Furmark +230) (Heaven +190) = all about 2085mhz cap though
 
Memory I can get to about +1500 = about 11000-11500 before it stops being unstable
 
I'm wondering how your Hybrid performs because I'm interested in getting that rather than spending extra money to go custom loop.
 
Could you let me know how it overclocks and everything about it performance wise?
