I just put my got my new rig running with an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC ULTRA GAMING in there.
I can't control the RGB using Precision X OC 6.2.7. When I click on "LED Sync" and chose a new setting, the card doesn't change at all.
The only thing I can think of that might be wrong is if Precision X OC is in conflict with my Gigabyte motherboard, with RGB Fusion.
But I'm not even talking about getting the graphics card to actually sync with the Gigabyte. I'm just talking about Led Sync itself does nothing. The card stays a static green no matter what settings I put in Led Sync.
I'm going to be disappointed if I have to return this card for such a reason, but I'll do it if I can't fix it :(.

PX1 should supercede that software (with a GTX supported version release in the future), PX1 should address any issues that you are having with PXOC. But that said, if you outline any issues you are having Precision XOC, we may be able to resolve those now

I installed X1 on EVGA RTX 2080, as soon as i finished the installation the LEDs shut off and never turn back ON.
Also i notice on the program unter the LED tap There is no color selection. Even after selection static On:
I only can see the Brightness bar. Pressed Apply and nothing happens. Before installing Software LEd was on, With Green color.
PLease need help with this problem. I never thought a $800 GPU with have RGB software problems.

Is there any MCU update for RTX2080ti Black??? My Led´s are not chaging at all, PX1 doesn´t even has LED option and LED Sync is not deteting hw card... It has work for a few days only... Try to uninstall, clean all registry, install again and still not working..

Did you ever figure out this issue? I have an RTX2080Super and the LED option has disappeared from Precision X1 and I've tried a lot of troubleshooting without any success.
