It's getting really old force feeding information that gets ignored.

Ver 5.39 still has launch issues after installation.

I cannot get Precision X to load at all. I am not talking about upon OS start...I double click and nothing. It runs in background but no icon is displayed in my "show hidden icons" toolbar. (Deleted for Foul Language) is going on? ANYONE else having these issues? Just updated...worked well for 3 days and then today I noticed that upon restart Precision X was no where to be found. Double click icon and nothing...nothing comes up and says this program cannot run...nothing. What is going on? How do I roll back to previous version of Precision X there is no download link that i see....just the most recent version.

I just tried to upgrade to 5.3.9, the upgrade process completed but the new Precision X did not appear. When I checked task manager Precision x was using 25% cpu and 25% memory constantly. A reboot found the Precision X process in exactly the same state.
I had to kill the process and uninstall 5.3.9 then reinstall 5.3.8 to get it to work again, this was on a W10 64bit system.
Is there an issue with 5.3.9?

Was using precision x 5.3.8 on a 64c vista pc, 550 ti ssc, when I started seeing 3 osd servers pop up on boot.;
only one card, single display setup.
Uninstalled via control panel and got the error message to reboot to complete the uninstall, rebooted.   
Installed precision x5.3.9 after installing nvidia driver 358.87 rebooted again.
Precision x5.3.9 will not load or run, tried to run as admin, no change.
ave a 650ti on win10 64x pro that has no issues.
Had to manually delete two precision x installed folders because of this.

Refer to the posts above your that say to try 5.3.9.1 the hot fix for the hidden 5.3.9 precision. See if that works for you.

 
Got it up. But Still a slight problem. Requires me to open task manager and relaunching the software to get it working

it seems that the latest version of precision x is not able to link my cards together, specificially i'd like it to link the 4 cards together and use a custom fan curve.  one thing is that i do not have the cards setup with SLI, maybe that's the reason?

No, everyone is reporting this issue. Follow the release thread above this one in the forum. Posting this information there will bring greater awareness on one thread instead of spread over multiple threads.

I have tried the 2 Mirrors, yet the first would send me to a page without the download and the second would give me a faulty folder.

Which browser you using? I used IE.

What exactly are you trying? Is it locking the browsers.

What have they done with Version 5.3.10 really? I have a Logitech G19 keyboard and since I installed Version 5.3.10 I can't no longer get the info at the screen on the keyboard anymore, redo and make it right.

It is not just that version.  I have the old 4.x version and recently I lost the Logitech screen display.  My guess is it that is a Windows update or a new Logitech Software bug. FWIW, I am running 2x 780s in SLI with the G19 keyboard on windows 10 pro 1511 with all other widows updates with Logitech software: 8.76.155

But I haven't updated either Windows or Logitech software, it disappeared when I updated Precision X to 5.3.10

EVGA Precision X Will no longer remember any fan curve setting that I set. I also had to mess with scheduled tasks to get it to run. 
 
It also does not auto-apply fan curves when minimized. I will try to uninstall reinstall and see if it fixes. 
 
 
Update:
 
I deleted all "EVGA" references in the registry, uninstalled: RivaTuner Statistics Server and Precision X.
I also deleted the config folders in the vga folders in program files x86 and x64
The last one probably fixed it.
I had to reset my setting but is working much better now. 
Remember you have to put everything back including osd for fan speed, systray, etc. But works!
 
Update 2: 
Everything works except when you enter a game and PrecisionX is minimized. You 100% HAVE to maximize the application and click on one of the GPUs to get the fan to spin up to speed. This never happened in previous version of Precision X. Can you please fix?

Went back to 5.3.8
No issues whatsoever. 5.3.10 is broken.
