Update: I tried this method in this post: 
 
Booted PC, now there's no LEDs active on my card whatsoever and I can't control anything in X1 - trying to adjust my 2 / 3 fans showing doesn't do anything. 
 
From my readings it seems like there may have been an issue when i launched precision X1 for the first time today - the firmware update may have not completed / some issue with MCUs? To be honest i don't quite understand much of the technicals so any help would be greatly appreciated. 


Ok, let's do this.
 
1. Shut down PX1 if it's running.
2. Go to %LocalAppData%\EVGA_Co.,_Ltd\ then delete all setting files that start with "PrecisionX_x64".
3. Either disable running at startup or uninstall any monitoring software in your system, or software that monitors the GPU, such as MSI Afterburner, RGB configurator software like Corsair iCUE, motherboard software (not drivers), etc.
4. Reboot the system and make sure no other monitoring software is running (just double-check).
5. Boot up PX1 and see if you're still running into an issue.

When waking the computer from sleep I have to exit PX1 and restart it for my RGB by Temperature settings to take effect again.

Close PX1 before putting it to sleep.  See if that fixes the issue.

Is anyone else seeing the issue with the OSD still randomly deciding to either work or not work?  It worked completely fine for a multi-hour session in GTA V for me last night, now today I've reloaded X1 & GTA V about 3 times each, and it still won't come on to the screen.
I know it's still "beta" But this issue is really annoying.  Gonna try a reboot I guess.

That's what I'm doing, using MSI for FPS readout & HWInfo64 for everything else... wish I didn't have to have THREE programs running just to get a quality OSD & full fan control, but it is what it is.

That's what I thought but I found out you can use hwinfo64 to displayed a pad through Rivatuner directly without MSI Afterburner and get fps from Rivatuner.

Try it, works as expected. I even set the Insert key as my toggle to toggle on and off the osd.

Every time I reboot ANY profile I create gets wiped and PX1 loads with default settings. The OC Scanner/VF Curve even resets as well. LED stuff is persisting through reboot though. This has been happening since 1.1.0.9.
 
Card: EVGA 3090 FTW3 (3985)
 
Edit: I would also like to add, because it resets the profile, games detect "hardware information has changed" and some of the graphic settings revert to default after ever reboot.

you have it set to auto, as denoted by the blue fan to the left of the 20, 0, 0. Uncheck it (make it gray) and the 20, 0, 0 should take over.

I have the same OSD issue with World of Warcraft. Was fine for an hour or so, logged out for a bit and came back, no OSD.
 
Also, I tried to set it to open on reboot and apply last settings via the settings menu, but any changes I make in that menu are reset as soon as I close the it. Cant seem to set anything in there at all.

Auto or not, it only shows the first fan %.
 
1.0.7 shows all three %.

This doesn't appear to be saving my OC scan profile. I run the scan, hit apply, click save, choose a profile. When I close the program and restart, it no longer will load the right curve from that profile.

can some one explain what is this update for , My card is running fine with no issues , I'm woundering if i should install any way can someone please explain what did they add / change / update in this firmware update .

I noticed when I'm streaming that the precision overlay ends up going over OBS on a secondary display instead of over the game.

When I press the ICX button Precision only shows GPU1 temperature, I have the FTW3 Ultra, is this normal? Thanks.
 
Edit: Odd, after playing for a while I restarted Precision and now it shows all temperatures, the 4-5 time that I run it previously only show me the gpu1 temp, I assume that this is because is a beta. And I also notice that before the Led Panel Tab didn´t load, now it´s ok.

Is there a way to reduce Coil Whine on Windows 10 desktop? I use a new Corsair RM850 850W Modular source, I don't think that's the problem.

I have the same psu,  but the 2014 model, zero CW for now with the FTW3 Ultra.

I have an RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra and I am unable to use the LED SYNC button in the software. When I hover over the button it does not highlight and it also does not respond to being clicked. I tried clearing out the folder in localappdata, as someone above previously recommended, as well as uninstalling all other GPU and RGB software then reinstalling Precision X1 for RTX 30 series. The software does report the card version correctly.

I am also having the issue where I can't control the RGB bar on the card with precision x1.  The button that is supposed to be at the top of the window is not there.  The bar was a rainbow wave before I installed precision x1.  The first thing X1 did was update the firmware, at which point the rgb bar turned off, and I can't turn it back on.  I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, both with and without the ledsync software as well as rebooting my computer.

Yeah my x1 software seems pretty borked.  No option to control RGB bar at all, fan speed appears to work ok on auto but not manual at all.  fans just stay still when I try to crank up the fan speed on any or all three fans.

Yeah my X1 software seems pretty borked.  No option to control RGB bar at all, and manual fan speed is doing nothing.  Setting fan speed manually does nothing at all for any of the fans, and when auto is on, only two fans turn on.  It worked better before I installed x1 at all.  At least all three fans worked then, and the RGB bar was on.
 
Edit: sorry for double post.  forums told me that I had couldn't post twice in such a short time when I tried to make the post above for some reason, despite it having been like 15 hours since my last post.  The above post also didn't appear on the forum page for some reason, so I made another one.  Then both appeared.  Weird.

Seems when i do the oc scan on my 3080 it just crashes the system and reboots. Anyone else have that as well?

Using the fan header on the 3090 FTW3u, it doesn't seem to report the proper fan percentage. For example, I have my fan on that header set to a minimum of 60%, but it shows ~22% in the monitoring screen. 
 
I'm also noticing that the OC scanner now crashes every time at a certain point, and I can't see to get it to complete successfully anymore.

after a failure oc scanner, fan1&fan2 start to stuck in 99%,fan3 is 0% and power target is max
Until to open PX1 and manual setup, the fans become normal
but when i reboot computer ,the fans stuck again
Reinstall PX1 is not resolved
The only solution is DDU Nvidia driver and reinstall
 
Latest firmware & beta OC BIOS & 456.98 hotfix &PX1 1.1.0.11

Does anyone know how to mass edit voltage pointsin the curve editor like with ctrl+L in afterburner? Cause editing a gazilion points takes way to much time ;)

Loading a profile now automatically applies it.
