 So I have a question for you brilliant folks out there, how do you overlay the background with a picture like you are doing? I am new to photo editing, so this was an adventure in itself. I wanna make a L4D one next, but I don't quite get how to overlay the picture.

Welcome to the forums John!  I forgot about this thread.  Hehe...  As for request, EVGA has created a sticky thread at the top of the EVGA Precision X, OC Scanner X, E-LEET section.  You can post your request there.  Since I was the person that created the ROG skin, I have that work file and that would be an easy change.  Give me to the end of the week and I should have something for you.  Here is the link to the thread I will post it in.  http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=1562250
