degenerate Ok so then can someone explain to me this chart on the guide page that specifies all 3 BIOS' as having a 360W power limit? I must be misunderstanding something...
The 360 watts is at default 100% 44% of 360 watts is 158.4 so 144% on slider is 518 watts at least this is how i understood it.
Okay yeah that makes sense, but maybe mention that somewhere in the guide or in the graph for the apparent dunces like me lol. I looked at it and interpreted it as a 360W limit @ 144%. I did always think that was odd... guess I didn't think hard enough. I haven't played with my KPE to the point where it would need to draw that much so don't really see more than 390W peaks in HWiNFO64.

Yeah, IIRC even TiN/Vince mentioned the 500W in one of the preview videos in Taiwan. That's why I thought it was odd when I looked at that chart. Maybe if I had been pushing my card harder I would've noticed, investigated and been able to put 2 & 2 together lol...

Yes but the card also seems to have kind of hardware limit built in (eeprom)? I've flashed the LN2 BIOS to the OC one to be able to set fans to 100% but it was already hitting PL at ~420W.

I wonder if these results reflect using the Classified Tool while benching or if these results were aquired with just using voltages and boost curves in the factory bios specs.

It is for a KP Card not that other FTW3 Card But then you could just lay your RGB Strip on the Motherboard Under the Hydro Copper giving you have room. What Thermal Pads and TIM are you going with?

Read reports both ways if it had a led strip or not.. last word was it did have rgb lighting. So no lights now? Planned on adding my own anyways.

Thermal pads already pre orientated on the HC block is what I thought? I am going to start with kryonaut and see how it goes as always. Speaking of that was sad to not find any traces of KPX when I tore the KPE down. Guess no one played with my card prior to shipping. @ johnksss for anti condensate I was just going to vaso. Thinking of doing more?

Yeah, pads already installed on the block. I won’t be swapping them. Just gonna use Kryonaut as well. I have some NT-1 as well but just gonna use the Grizzly.

From memory it was under the area with the water line connections. That's the area where the rgb cable comes out of the block to connect to the card.

So it seems dielectric grease would be a good alternative to Vaseline then

Depends on how hard it would be to remove & knowing none of the ingredients would attack the PCB or plastic parts on the board

I haven't use Dielectric grease in quite some time. I remember using that for the sockets back in the day. But now I just use Vaseline everywhere.

Yeah I don't see how it could be any worse to remove then Vaseline but it's actually design is for repel of moisture and corrosion and it's not electric conducting. Either way I'm sure any warranty would go bye bye after it's applied.

I bought a tub of Kingpin’s grease shortly after buying the KPE. Will let you guys know what I think of it as I’m out of Kryonaut. Not that I will load mine up anywhere near what you guys will.
