wwxww Is there an audio on/off switch on the card or somewhere? My audio is not playing since I swapped monitors a couple days ago.
Check your sound settings.
Thanks, after checking all the sound settings they seemed ok. I switched machines and nothing. Then I did a search of this monitor. Seems that I bought a monitor that has speaker grills minus the speakers. Nice looking speaker grills I gotta say.

Right??? I wouldna thought. Who does that? Dell... available at your local BestBuy stores for the low low price of 429.99. Limited time only. Restrictions may apply. They restricted the speakers. @bcav You use the HDMI full time?

It's a Dell 2417DG I think. Was sold on what I know nothing about. Refresh rate. Says it can do 165Hz. I have not seen any improvement on scores, yet. I was using a 50" plasma with 60Hz.

Yeah buddy...this thing is little. I can't really see that great as it were. Now I just can't see, squinting and all, when in windows or non scaling programs. IDK , I can't tell any difference except for the crappier picture and color. It's going back to the store.

How are you using a plasma for the pc? Wouldn't the desktop burn in over time? The 55" and larger 82" samsung nu8000 series will run at 1440 at 120hz as well as 4k.They been selling pretty cheap on sale for the last few months. I have the 65" in the 2nd living room for the consoles.. xbox one x is set for 1440@120hz. https://www.bestbuy.com/s...323718.p?skuId=6323718The smaller sizes dont do 1440 at 120hz Currently cheap at amazon.. get them to price match if needed from bestbuy. https://www.amazon.com/Sa...p;s=gateway&sr=8-3

I been using a 42" Pany plasma I snaked from upstairs without burn in. Definitely had image retention. When the card came in the 42" blew some board while testing. You could here it pop at the top right. It was used a good bit before I switched it to full time pc monitor. Moved the BR TV(50) to the pc . The last year they were made, I bought 3 of the last year plasmas. These get image retention pretty easily. I'll take the back of the 42 and to see what let go. Hopefully it's just a board that I can find. Those are great prices for TV's. Been a while since I last looked beyond seeing the OLED's in Magnolia.

The Gigabye and MSI numbers really impress me. I want to try them. It's time to either send my processor to someone with one to test for me or spend more money on another board. I don't want to pay for another Z390 board. The numbers are just better than the Dark. I've known since January. Not by a little either. I've been thinking of going the XE route, but can wait til Oct Nov. Damn that Physics score is terrific. I can't come close to 30,000 with this board. Very nice. Really happy to see some of the numbers I see on this forum. Fantastic job. @ GTXJackBauer Is it a keeper? The colors seem washed out at stock setting. Windows and Nvd both only show 144Hz . The monitor shows an overclock value of 165. Where do I adjust the setting to apply the 165Hz?

Hummm, that is interesting. I'm waiting on my Apex board to come back to see if it's better than my Dark. Then i'll make a call on which one to keep. Also, the 9900K is pulling it's weight in a hand full of benchmarks better than an x7980XE, so there is that. it's kind of why I have a Z390 board. Also, how did you get such a high combined score? No one has anything higher than 6k combined score for Firestrike Ultra. Also, I must be blind because I can't seem to find the vccin voltage for this board. So that voltage is locked at 1.7V, which to me seems to be holding back going any higher. I could be wrong though.... @bepzinky Why do you guys always come in with this stability mumbo jumbo for? We are benching. If you want to talk stability, that is in another thread were all they do is run prime95 for a billion hours. When I'm done benching, I set everything back to stock. You can't get more stable than that. Now if your paying, then i'm all in and will prove how stable it is, but if your not and it's just for an atta boy and pat on the back, I'll take a hard pass. :D

Alienware 51M? No way it will beat my CPU clocks, these things already barely can utilize full boost of the CPU. I'm already at the edge of Tjmax with 360mm AiO. Should we move the last ~2 pages to a separate thread?

P870TM1 trumps an A51M It also trumps a single 2080ti since it has dual gpus. All good, back on topic. Just waiting on this new water block to come in.

johnksss also, how did you get such a high combined score? No one has anything higher than 6k combined score for Firestrike Ultra.
I noticed this as well like 8k combined. everyone else under or at 6k. @wwxww Is that combined score repeatable or was it a 1 off?

So has EVGA released the production numbers of the KP cards yet? The computex video confirmed they're limited.

They never gave the production numbers but the last i had seen for serial numbers it was still under the 200 mark. They have been back in stock now for almost 2 weeks and still available so they made a bunch more or sales are slow for them.

I would say they got the final batch, and newegg is doing what we call in the car industry, drop shipping.
