lets do a quick maths 
 
So the card is 2070$ now,  a raise of 70$,  but if we don't forget to use the precious Associate Code let say the 3% discount it give us a discount rounded at  62$ from the new price.   then we calculate the raise minus the rebate 70-62 gives us a big raise of 8$ of the 2000$ (ok, 1999,99$) that was before.   
 
Do I keep my name in the notify. 
 
Those before me in the list would say sure for 8$ don't leave the queue  it's not a mere 8$ on 2000$ that change anything
For those after me would probably say, nah it's a 70$ raise, it doesn't worth it to stay in the notify list after all, because I'll get mine faster

I keep in the list for sure thanks to the Associate Code and the fact it's not a big raise like some thought.

If you are in queue you will get the original price, if your turn comes up before 4/16. And I believe your savings on a GPU is 5%, not 3% (that's what the referral gets in EVGA Bucks). And that again will be applied to the original msrp of 1999.99 if purchased through the queue prior to 4/16.
