As long as the cards work in normal spec, I don't think this "power issues" are really a legal grounded problem.. There is no promise XOC bios will give any performance boosts..Also the card drawing 500w or 400w or 350w doesn't nessecery mean it will give performance boosts. If you got a good bin, your card will boost better with less power eaten.. People tend to forget this. Wait till you get a 500w drawing card that boosts like a potato. Besides the real life gaming differences between this boosts of 50w power are really not noticed and this soley make sens if your competing on the benchies.. Some of this cards are working very well despite the balancing issues and not getting as much power, for example I can still sustain 2130 gpu clock on 3080 ftw3 in any game without issues, to be honest good enough for me, and makes not much difference if I could sustain 2150-2160.

Is there any way to get an EXOC Bios for LN² for the 3080? I really doubt i can just flash the Kingpin or even the Hall of Fame Bios to my 3080 FTW3
Btw guys, there is almost NO performance difference between 250 and 450 Watt.. in all my games it's probably 2-3fps MAX..

Hey thanks, that's why I'm asking. Guess they have another week. Would like to do the fan install and MB+GPU bios flash around the same time. But who knows if we'll get a revised 450w bios.

I run this Bios but see no need in changing it, My current gaming profile is 831mv undervolt with +1110 memory boost and it will outscore most 3080s @ default and only pull 264-298w, This Card with its ears pinned back does nothing but heat up the room.

Indeed, the hybrid bios is intended if you installed a hybrid conversion kit from evga (better fan management), if you have a custom waterblocks there is no point on installing the hybrid bios.

I just installed the latest version of EVGA Precision X1 1.1.8. it asked me to update the bios in order to have Resizable BAR enable. now one of the fans is not being detected. the fan is spinning but the sensor is not registering anything. also the bios pushed is version 94.02.42.80.31

I have converted HYBRID with hybrid bios wonder if @EVGA_Jacbob can comment on this. I was expecting new bios and not 3months old.

JACOB! You legend! This fixed my mobo issue not enabling. It was cus of the hybrid bios for some reason px1 must have given me wrong bios?
