Rtx 3080 x3 pin question

Hi, I have Seasonic FOCUS GX-750 only with PCI-E x2 cables. Can I connect my graphics card: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA 10GB GDDR6X with 8-pin x3 slot with these 2 cables? So one cable goes pigtail to 2 sockets on GPU and the second cable to the third socket?
