Can the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 TI FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING support 2 fans for push/pull config?

    I have the 2070 FTW3 Hybrid Kit and it has screw holes on both sides. And mine is setup as a dual push/pull flange.

    So probably yes, but it's a larger rad for the 2080 Ti Hybrid kit isn't it?

    Assuming they sourced the rads from the same place they probably have screw holes on both sides.

    I can mount a fan on each side of rad no Problem. My question can I put a splitter on the fan cable from the card to control both the fans from the card?

    Yes you can if you'd like. 

    Also, I recommend if doing so to use the same model fans on a fan cable splitter so they both are sync'd to each other.  Just make sure you're within spec of the header you're connecting them to.

    I'm looking to connect the 2 fans to the fan cable on the GPU.It only has 1 connector so I want to use a splitter on that cable to connect the second fan

    I'd just connect both fans to the motherboard and run them at 100%. That's what I'd always do. If that's too loud, then set them to like 75% in the motherboard bios.

    I'm having really good luck controlling them via MB system temp, like 1000 rpm under 35C, then 1800 rpm above.  Also the pump on 7.5v, then 10.5v above 35c.  Really keeps the fans from jumping around.
