Decided to cancel my order from Caseking .de as they replied that they "might have" some SC cards at best mid July. Gotta check other manufacturer cards now just in case...

EVGA_JacobF Here is a thread where we can discuss current stock status and I will continue to post updates when stock hits at various places. For now the 1080 FE cards are in stock at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Founders-Graphics-08G-P4-6180-KR/dp/B01FWI6F08/
EVGA should limit 1 video card per customer until the supply is greater. There are still too many people on Amazon and EBAY buying from you and reselling at higher prices. Limiting to 1 per customer would help on that and allow gamers who really want a 1080 to get their hands on 1 earlier. If someone wants to do SLI, they can get the 2nd card later when there is more supply.

I know people are unhappy, disappointed and angry, but let's remember, the staff at eVGA has very little control (ie: none) over supply..let alone demand. let not your anger and frustration be cause to be rude to eVGA employees (Not saying I've seen that yet, but I can feel the animosity and sometimes feels like people blame eVGA employees who comment for the issues)

nobody is blaming eVGA staff for this situation, the problem is the lack of concrete info on the matter, is nvidia not selling chips to eVGA so eVGA cannot give specific info on the matter??? is nvidia in lack of chips cause they didnt forsee the great demand of cards (wich form my point of view is imposible not to forsee that)??, in what were thinking the reps or gropus of reps in nvidia that didnt forsee this great demand?? we dont have those answers and it would be nice to have it thats all

Just to ensure there is no confusion, I offered my two cents as a suggestion only. Hope nobody takes it the wrong way.

Yep. I got a text from Now in Stock at 12:35PM EST while at a store. Got home 20 minutes later and "notify" instead of add to cart.
This is almost as fun as trying to snipe auctions on eBay....

Well I just found out that Memory Express in Canada is only getting 50 units of the FTW card in their first shipment. That is company wide, 7 stores and online. Worse they are being told they will not get their second shipment until near the end of July, ETA July 20th. And even though I managed to get an order in on the 27th of May, it looks like I will not be in that first shipment. So if I decide to stick with the FTW I'm looking at waiting two months. I'm generally patient, but I am starting to wonder, why don't you have the cards to ship? I mean is it Nvidia? Is it actual production issues? What is the cause for such low levels of stock? And we all get that demand is high but it just seems like the stock is not evening picking up at all, even after an entire month.

Maybe we'll see actual cards by Christmas, Thanksgiving or New Years ........ I've seen FE editions go in and out of stock at Best Buy,Newegg and B&H Photo but BH jacked their prices so I wont be buying from them. I want a FTW if they ever get made in any quantity. Read an article yesterday saying TSMC is having production issues hence no cards..........
Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans ....

Have an update now on Europe, sorry for the delay in reply but wanted to ensure that we had the most accurate dates possible. Any comments previous to this were the best estimate at the time, but we have some more solid arrival dates now, especially since the shipment is now in transit. Cards are on the way to our Europe location now, as mentioned previously, first priority will be the EU EVGA.com preorders which should process by next Thursday. About the same time, stock will arrive at Retail/Etail, just as Ben mentioned in the above post. If anything changes from this we will post here.

Thank you for the news Jacob. Now, only one question remains, are you allowed to give any sort of estimate (or even specific) on the number of units that have been sent?

When you get into cause of delay and number of units, you are asking questions that no manufacturer would reveal. The information that's been given thus far is more than you'd get out of ASUS, MSI, or any of the other card partners.

Not really, I know a guy from MSI who keeps notifying when large shipments come in and even what stores specifically. Even yield %.
