Windows 10
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 GAMING 11G-P4-6593-KR
Intel I5 8400
750w PSU

I just built a new PC and after installing everything I decided to play the free game that came with the card, Destiny 2. The game has been crashing, usually after about an hour or 2 of gaming. I thought maybe it was a game issue but it also crashed while playing Forza Horizon 3. I have been monitoring temperatures with HWMonitor thinking it may have been getting too hot but the GPU temp never goes above 71c and my CPU is under 60c which I believe are both normal. I've tried a bunch of different stress testing apps on my CPU, GPU, RAM and PSU but everything seems fine but I'm not sure I'm not running the right test long enough to find the problem because I don't want to waste time if the answer is obvious to someone who knows more about this than I do. I checked the reliability monitor and it showed the error but I'm not sure what I should be looking at to find the problem. Here is what's on that screen in case someone else knows what to look for. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if any more info is needed let me know, thanks.

Sounds like the card has a faulty factory overclock. Try doing #4 listed here to see if it helps stop the crashing.

What is the make/model/age of your psu?

I’ll try that tomorrow since it’s late and I don’t have time to test it properly now, the PSU is EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR 80+ GOLD. It’s new, bought it for this build last week.

Playing Destiny 2 now, it hasn’t crashed yet and it’s been over 3 hours now. Does that mean it’s a faulty factory overclock and I should RMA it? Thanks.
