Hello! Bought EVGA 970 SC ACX 2.0 couple weeks ago. Today while playing The Witcher 3 i noticed some weird horizontal lines flickering on my monitor. They are still there if you alt tab to desktop but dosnt appear on screenshots or recorded videos. Tried couple other games (GTA V and DOOM) and there they are :(. Worth mentioning they are not there while loading up the games and in menus before gameplay starts. I then tested some not graphical intense games and everything is fine. Also everything is fine in the intense games on my TV connected with HDMI to the gpu. The temps are fine and no overclocks.
What I have tried so far:
- VSYNC has nothing to do with this problem.
- Messing around with settings etc.
- Tested different Drivers cleaned with DDU.
- Plugged in my old asus 570, no flickering with that card.
My monitor is connected with vga cable with dvi adapter to the card (iknow its old). I now ordered a dvi cable just in case. Thats my suspect but everything was fine with the 570 :/
