1) will this work the same as the launch day with Elites getting a 24-hr head start and then the next 24-hrs open to the general public?
2) can we surmise that this auto-notify queue was actually never opened at all during the 3080 Ti launch?  Some said they were certain it showed early on in the morning of the 3rd

EVGA doesn't provide anymore info.  The only way to get a rough idea is either through forum threads like this one or the Element35gaming site. 
 
Keep in mind though that in both cases it's entirely dependent on people providing their queue information, and as such there remains an unknown amount of people who are unaccounted for.

The way that tweet is worded makes me think it's for elite members. I'm glad I have a custom loop right now because I'm feeling confident about that hydrocopper. Come to daddy!!

I think the 3070 Ti XC3 Ultra and 3080 Ti XC3 HCs will be the ones to target…just ignore the K|NGP|N until your friendly, neighborhood amphibian has had a chance to register…I kid...I kid.

I hope you get your card. Unfortunately I will be trying to get a 3090 HC as well. I don't even want it but I need a card and the ETA for the 3080 Ti HC is now October using Elements data.

Dark Chocolate is fine, I guess.  The mallow has to be fresh though.
 
Oh, about the elite stuff, it is a good question.  The elites should not get 24-hr head-start on the Kingpin HC as that is not a new product launch.  For the 3070 Ti, it is a new launch (in that the button has not been turned on before), but I don't know if EVGA views it that way (since the 3070 Tis launched last week).  Same with the 3080 Ti  HC...technically, I would think they would be Elite only, but not sure if EVGA is being that nuanced.   
 
Edit: JacobF has indicated that tomorrow's new queue sign-ups will be Elite-only.

it is unfortunate the XC3 HC uses only 2x 8-pins thoooo, not much, if any, overclocking

Well…shoot! I read it wrong and my hopes of getting my buddy a new card are dashed. I read it as the 3080 Ti XC3 Ultra in the earlier post. But, the tweet screenshot is that it’s the HC version. I hope that one gets a queue soon.

Any idea from anyone if and/or when it will get a queue?

Non-Elites for the 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti would likely be able to add on June 16 (if the button is still live).

That was for the 3070 Ti XC3 Gaming. The new button tomorrow is for the 3070 Ti XC3 Ultra (a truly new sku).

Yeah, thats why I am going to try for the 3090 HC tomorrow... I know it will not get a lot of drops but my hope is less people in the queue than the 3080 Ti HC

Being that I don't have Elite membership, (Even though I have 2x 780 and 2x 980ti's registered and missed the cutoff for Elite status, Mainly becuase I never thought I would see the day where there are so many scalpers and miners. Honestly I just don't get how people can be so selfish) Any who I was wondering if there is any hope of getting a 3080ti anytime this year with these non Elite timestamps.
