As it stands I think per individual 1 GPU purchase should be exempted from sales tax because of the chip shortage. Not counting the tariff here because EVGA cards are being made in Taiwan.

Agreed! I was thinking of it as the coupon covering tax and shipping basically, so I’ll be paying a little under the $1400 listed price in total with enewt’s code. Thankfully I sold my 1080ti a few months ago and made some money on doge before it crashed, so that should pretty much cover the cost of my new card. Excited for my hunt to finally be over soon! Do non-Elite members have a chance at getting in queue for the GPUs since Elite memebers have a 1 day head start? not sure how they have divided up the stock ratio between non elite and elite members?

They didn't divide the stock...it is one queue for the SKU. Elite members got a 24 hour head start. I am sorry to say, that it will be months before the non-Elite members' names get called.

Here in the EU nothing happens... only 8 Cards so far. I signed up @7:09:11... nothing to this day. Its really frustrating to see that in NA there is one drop after another and EVGA dont give a flying F*** about the Customers in the EU. Apart from that its sad to see that no EVGA official gives any Update or honest words about the Situation in EU...

Thats exactly what I'm saying... when they have problems to produce or recieve the Cards for the EU and it takes some weeks then TELL the Customers in the EU... it's ok when I have to wait another 4 Weeks or so, but I want to know whats going on and why the EU is treated differently then NA...

So, by sheer coincidence, I added myself to the 3080 Ti queues on 2021-06-03, after I had registered a 3060 in order to RMA it. I was not aware of the Elite member thing. Am I correct in understanding that on 2021-06-03, only elite members were able to add themselves to the 3080 Ti queues? If so, is there any indication of how many people that might be? I didn't add to the queue until around 7:13 PM PT. I am guessing that I would be pretty much at the tail end of the all Elite members, but before non-elites. I am a bit annoyed at the 3070 Ti registration process. Several times within the first five minutes, I go through to adding my name and email, but that final click timed out with errors. In the end I didn't get in until 6:44:34 AM PT. I am hoping it isn't too long before my turn comes up. It would be nice to get the 3070 Ti, before the RMA'd 3060 comes back. Also, are we allowed to purchased from more than one queue? I have added my self to each queue from the 1660Ti all the way through the 3090 Kingpin, hoping to be able to get some cards for the kids and other family members. Or if you buy from one queue, are you removed from the rest? All the stores around here are limiting one of any RTX\GTX\RX card per household. That kind of sucks with multiple gamers in the family.

6-3, correct. Only Elite members for the 3080 Tis on that date. It is a lot. The forums were flooded with folks spamming posts to get Elite status in time for the 6 am PT launch of the 3080 Tis. I am afraid you have a wait of several months ahead of you...definitely at the end of the Elite list. Yes, you can purchase from more than one queue. The limitations is one unit per queue for your account/household (i.e., don't make multiple accounts and try to ship to the same physical location...that's a no-no). But you could have a 3070 Ti FTW3 from one queue and a 3080 Ti XC3 from another queue, etc. etc. I hope that helps. Best of luck!

The ELITE portion of the website leads us to believe we'll get access to cards in the first 24 hours, before the public gets access to it 24 hours later. Well here it's been 49 hours and no email and no notification and no option to buy. So in my eyes it's all a lie. No one in ELITE has any better chance at getting a card than anyone else does in the open market. This is also the last time I'll ever even think of using EVGA's ELITE for anything. It doesn't work. I don't care what excuse you come up with for EVGA (Low supply, too many people applying) ETC. The website clearly says "GET PRIORITY 24 HOUR ACCESS TO NEW EVGA HARDWARE". It doesn't deliver on that.

If you would’ve done your research you would’ve woken up earlier, queue started at 6am. My 3070 Ti arrives on Monday. This EVGA Elite queue is/was the best system for getting a new GPU and I thank them for it.

EVGA completely undermined their own ELITE process by letting people spam threads to reach the 100 posts. If they wanted the system to work, they wouldn't have allowed that to happen. I've had EVGA products dating back to when they first popped up as a company, and I didn't even get one of those "spin" codes they gave to new ELITE members. It's a complete joke. You should have had to own an EVGA product and have it registered on your account within the last two years (maybe limit to 2080/2080S/2080TI) in order to have the priority access. EVGA has made a lot of money off of me, and I got nothing in return. EVGA played the good guy and then completely undermined the entire process, all on their own. I truly don't know what they were thinking when they thought ****ing posts on this forum should give ELITE access. The **** I've seen from EVGA, especially with the quality of the FTW3 cards this generation compared to the monsters we had with the 2080TI FTW3, does not look good looking further down the road. Doesn't help that the website has been completely broken every single time a product releases. I tried with the 3080TI FTW3, but that was insane with the site crashing before 6am PT even hit lol..

If we have to get in line first then they should tell us that up front on the ELITE website and I would of woken up earlier. That's not my fault. I had no way of knowing. This whole thing looks like a scam / false advertisement now. So now even with ELITE I'm still yet unable to buy a card and can't buy one via any other website either. Everyone's out of stock or charges +3x MSRP when they do have it so.. back to using my 1080 Ti again for another year it seems. EVGA is useless. Maybe I'll be able to buy a EVGA 3070 Ti in fall 2022 or 2023. EDIT: I have a friend of mine that I'm talking to in Steam right now that signed up for his 3070 Ti via ELITE at 6:05am and he hasn't received a notification either. So the time has nothing to do with it. Even if I had woken up early I still wouldn't get a card either. I just wanted to write this in the forum thread for other people wondering about getting access to EVGA ELITE in the hopes of getting a card: Don't bother. It doesn't work. Even with ELITE we don't get anything any more than anyone else does. Even with ELITE it's all a gamble / lottery and hope we get lucky that the EVGA people decide that we deserve a card. We're not guaranteed access to anything via ELITE.

The system doesn't work. If EVGA can't deliver cards via the ELITE system like they advertised then they shouldn't run the ELITE program at all. It's on them and it's their fault. Everyone here that signed up and didn't get a card should be just as upset as I am.
