Are there usually movements everyday? Or does it only happen a couple of times a week. I haven't followed the queue in the past, but I got in on the 3070 ti and it has peaked my interest. Lol

Big movements come in intermittent frequency. EVGA gets a batch of finished cards shipped in, and they all immediately go toward satisfying the queue. Any movements after a receiving day can be assumed to be from people that didn't act on their notification within the time limit or actively dropped out of the notification queue.

Just providing an update.
3070 Ti, ordered at 11:39, confirmation at 12:25, UPS shipping notification 1:30, UPS update scheduled delivery for tomorrow at 2:01.

It looks like they are going out the door at a rapid pace, so don't need to worry about it taking days

I used UPS Worldwide Saver, which cost a couple dollars more.

The name "Saver" confused me but I should've paid 4 extra dollars. Regardless my Expedited is getting here (western Canada) Monday estimated so quicker than I expected. 6:05 queue time.
 
Anyone have experience on what kinda tax/duties I should prepare for?

I got the RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra here in Toronto via UPS.
 
Got the tracking number, at some point it flashed up Duties needed to be paid - Brokerage fee was $11.00 approx, and about $103.00 for the tax - absolutely expected. The package said, "Adult Signature Required", I left a note taped to my front door, "UPS - HAVE MASK - WILL SIGN - PLEASE DELIVER" - my door camera alarm went off, he just dropped the packages off, I asked him if he wanted a signature and he said Covid times so no.
 
Easy peasy...don't sweat I say, as I sweated every damn single second till it was in my damn dirty hands....congrats - they're awesome cards!

Good to know, much appreciated! I won't bother self-clearing if the brokerage fee is that low.

Vancouver area, my brokerage fee out of the $110, was $65. I guess it's area dependent?

There may still be a 3080 Ti drop this afternoon (JacobF has said it is likely either this afternoon or Monday; the inventory was scheduled to arrive at the EVGA warehouse "today").  So, there may be some late additions to the timestamps below (I will update it should I see any incremental reports tonight).  
 
Your homework, should you choose to accept it, is to make the most of this weekend. Go for a walk, run, swim, climb, hike, sail, pick-up soccer kickaround, basketball game, lax catch, playground romp (only if you have age appropriate kids with you), dog prance, horse trot, lounge about, or [fill in the blank]. Just make the most of it. Despite what Bezos says about weekends, they aren't making more of them....

I wouldn’t bet on the next drop at 4 minutes out. I’ve seen a lot of folks posting with queue times in the early 7:40s — I think that is when the site recovered and a lot of people got in the queue. At 20 seconds out I’m _hoping_ I’ll be in the next drop (or later today??). But hopefully we both get notified by the end next week!

When they drop the 3967 it seems to be in pretty good intervals though. And it also looks like it's still going or people aren't updating. Element35Gaming has it confirmed at 7:42:15 now. Less than 3 minutes. 
 
The site was down for MOST people before 8:00. There are a lot that got in, but the bulk & majority (confirmed by Jacob) got in after 7:55-8:00.

Seeing the other post I'm thinking it's a typo and the person was actually  7:41:15, which I guess makes me feel better? I'm just happy that the pace seems to be moving fast enough my discount hopefully doesn't expire.

7:42:53 here for the 3080ti.....I'm thinking we're good for the next drop. Hopefully early next week!
