Honestly we all have to temper our expectations simply for the sake of sanity. I really wish that the queue would move very fast and we all get our cards very soon, but expecting that would lead to obsessing over this. There's enough stress in the world as it is. I personally see it this way (to each their own), I am in 8:13am PT for the 3967, not the best not the worst. If I get a notify by end of December, it'll be a win in my book. Will it likely come sooner? Maybe, that would be even better.

Dont stress... just wait for the email... it will come give it a few months at most. I scored a 3060... but i gave it to my bro in for what i paid. I dont believe in the scalping. if i get something i dont want i just hand off to a friend or fam that is looking. its possible to get cards. just be pt and keep busy with something else. i highly suggest power supply sleeving. its time consuming enough and will keep you busy for a month or so... plus when u do get ur card. you will have some cool cables to use! thats what i did.

End of December is a win in your book for 8:13am (i'm in at 8:17 )! Wow... maybe i need to pare down my expectations too...

Again, I don't actually know if it'll take that long but it sure makes me sleep a bit better

Just providing an update.
3070 Ti, ordered at 11:39, confirmation at 12:25, UPS shipping notification 1:30, UPS update scheduled delivery for tomorrow at 2:01.

It looks like they are going out the door at a rapid pace, so don't need to worry about it taking days

I used UPS Worldwide Saver, which cost a couple dollars more.

The name "Saver" confused me but I should've paid 4 extra dollars. Regardless my Expedited is getting here (western Canada) Monday estimated so quicker than I expected. 6:05 queue time.
 
Anyone have experience on what kinda tax/duties I should prepare for?

I got the RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra here in Toronto via UPS.
 
Got the tracking number, at some point it flashed up Duties needed to be paid - Brokerage fee was $11.00 approx, and about $103.00 for the tax - absolutely expected. The package said, "Adult Signature Required", I left a note taped to my front door, "UPS - HAVE MASK - WILL SIGN - PLEASE DELIVER" - my door camera alarm went off, he just dropped the packages off, I asked him if he wanted a signature and he said Covid times so no.
 
Easy peasy...don't sweat I say, as I sweated every damn single second till it was in my damn dirty hands....congrats - they're awesome cards!

Good to know, much appreciated! I won't bother self-clearing if the brokerage fee is that low.

Agreed! Also, my UPS email last night said delivery ETA from 10:30am-2:30pm today, but when I click tracking it still says “ Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date.”

Soooo not sure if I’m still getting the 3070ti today or what. I’m only about an hour and a half away from evga, so it is possible I get it today, but tracking has me feel like I should expect it tomorrow.
