Last evening I installed my new EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra GPU.  Once installed everything seemed to work great, including the LED display on the front of the card which glowed white.  I began my install of the Precision X1 software and during the install I got a message about something failing on the LED, I did not understand it exactly but it continued to install the software and once completed, the LED display that was glowing white went off and has not come on since.  I also noticed on the Precision X1 software that it only recognized that my unit had 2 fans instead of the 3 fans that it actually has.  I have looked through some of the forums on this problem as it seems to be an issue for some others too.  I have tried the thread that suggests that the MPU be updated and have even tried to do this with the link that was provided in the thread however I got an error saying I was unable to use that download.  So far nothing has worked.  

See my thread and some other user's thread. Constantly checking forum for any updates. My advice: run a benchmark of your chip, if it clocks above 2100+mhz wait for solution, if not call evga request an rma and try your scillicon lottery again. This problem right now is qualified as RMA. As much as this sounds mean, it's worse to publish something that bricks a $1300 graphics card.
