Hi All, Just an update, this is the response I have gotten back from Corsair and will start the process today. i told them I started an RMA with EVGA but have since cancelled it after finding coolant on the card. Have you initiated any other RMA for the other non-Corsair part(s) involved in this case? Or are you only looking to replace the Corsair part?
Please fill out the attached form completely (pictures and receipts are required) and e-mail back to XXXXXXXX@Corsair.com. Once we receive the form back, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label (within 24-48 hrs.) to bring the Corsair product (is must be send back to us) and all other components involved back to our Lab for evaluation. We will do a failure analysis on our component and let you know of the results. Monetary reimbursement may be possible if found that our product indeed caused the damage. The amount will be based on the current market value of that given hardware. Otherwise, if our product passes the failure analysis, we will then send all the components back to you at your expense.
IMPORTANT: If you do not fill out the form completely, your case will be disregarded. WARNING: Back up your data, as we are not responsible for lost information.

Haha don't let it! Rare case. I will still go back to water cooling, even after this.

I probably won't with how good the huge air coolers like NH d15/15s ,and phantek PH-TC14PE cool. They end up matching aios with in a few c only down side is they are huge

That is true. The only real water cooling difference is going full blown custom but that's a whole PC build for some.

very interesting read. i'm an advocate for air cooling all my PCs. for the first time in 20 years of building pcs, i have installed a corsair h115 (sold) and now a kraken x62. Cooling is very similar to a nh-d15 or dark rock pro. but the thought of something like this happening.......is quite harrowing. i wonder how nzxt's customer service is in regards to damaging other components due to a leak in their AIOs.

Will do - Nothing new to report, except that form has been sent off. Now it's a waiting game for the approval and postage info. nycalex80 very interesting read. i'm an advocate for air cooling all my PCs. for the first time in 20 years of building pcs, i have installed a corsair h115 (sold) and now a kraken x62. I actually searched about NZXT and their product leaking, seems to be the same amount that Corsair have had and from what I've read NZXT have the same policy if their product has damaged other products they will compensate according to current market value.

Hi All, Just wanted to give you an update:- Corsair will be compensating for the motherboard and GPU. Compensation will be enough to get another card with a little bit out of pocket. Overall Corsair Support have been great. Guess it's time to order some new parts and another EVGA GPU!!

I had built a brand new rig in October 16', disaster struck on 12-5-16 when I got home from work. I noticed liquid like substance on my PC monitor and thought my kid spilled something.
I then realized my worse fears which entailed the new h100i V2 discharge pump hose blew of saturating my entire PC it was done. Luckily my SSD and HDD were spared along with my Kingston Hyper x fury DDR 4 Ram modules. I lost my I7 6700k, Asus Mobo, my EVGA PSU, Asus GTX 1070, my Corsair case 780T.
Took almost 2 months to get it resolved because it was near Xmas and New year's, but in the end, Corsair took care of me. They gave me a brand new PC tower, new hydro series, a copy of Windows 10, and equivalent PSU. Also the monetary compensation was just.
It was a real pain but they did the right thing in the end.

That's crazy! Glad they helped you out. Question - How did it get your monitor from inside the case? That case has a window on the side, unless it shot out the front or the joins which would be a big effort.
