EK Stock Fluids are SO BAD!

I just bought this EK Pheonix block this year in Jan. 
I have used it for less than 2 months, and then I had unusual high CPU temp spikes, so I opened the unit and checked inside.
This is what I have got. 
A new unit that was used for less than 2 months? seriously?

    those have a 24 month warranty ... not sure why you opened the loop ?

    The problem solution part of the manual states that I may open my loop to check for gunk.

    damn looks like EK messed up, my exp was bad too the rad went bad after 4-5months had to switch to XS pc

    Yikes, I ordered up a bunch of discounted premixed Lime Yellow Cryofuel for my first loop...  I was planning on doing a complete flush after a few months of use when the 7nm Ryzen 3k family of processors drop.  Now I am wondering if I should be using it at all...
