Is the only difference between them just the clock speeds? If so, that's a big price to pay for a small boost in clock speed.

The FTW and FTW+ also have a baseplate.

I'm new to the forum. Hi guys/gals. Really interested in the 1060 FTW/FTW+ for my first build. Any one hear anything as to when they may be released? Thanks!

New here as well and wondering when is the ETA on these cards???

Getting set to build my first rig in quite a while (son's was an i5 4590/GTX770 in one of the first Phanteks Enthoo Pro cases). Mine will be an OC'd 6600K and GPU and I'm considering a custom WC loop. Have my sights set on the 1060 for the "bang for the buck" factor and really interested in these FTW or FTW+ with the better power delivery (is it really needed anymore in these new Pascal cards??). Anyone think there will be a full block available for these and whether it might fit a 1070/80 in the future? The PCB sizes look the same.

    Or should I just get the 1060 SSC...or a 1070...

After further investigation I misspoke regarding the PCB sizes. Looks like the 1060 FTW/FTW+ is the same size as the 1070/80 Gaming and SC Gaming cards at 111.15mm H x 266.7mm L with the FTW and up bumping to 128.626mm H x 266.7mm L.
