Anybody else have this fun problem with the DG-77? Just assembled a new build last week and everything was fine the past two days. After running Borderlands 2 - a seven year old title - at 31° C, the glass popped, shot across the room and proceed to crinkle, showering the inside of the case.
Waiting to hear from EVGA now, thank God the case was on the other side of my bare legs.

    Was the case twisted at all? Sitting on carpet could have caused a slight twist putting pressure on the glass. Not really sure though, as I haven’t heard of this.

    I can say that the game and game temperature probably had nothing to do with this.

    I have seen a post or two on other forums with other brand cases where the glass has randomly shattered like that. Very rare I have seen it happen though.

    Whoa I never see this before!!
    Look like maybe your HHD running hot next to inside glass and outside air bit cooler may cause glass crack hot and cold! But just surprise to me how this happen so it is Tempered Glass  mm don't understand!!!

    Sorry this happen, I think it maybe thing pushing against the glass cause to break. I would check all the cable connectors make sure they dont press against the glass
