一个购买一周的全新显卡水冷排水泵噪音问题通过台湾EVGA售后RMA返修品回来的良品简直不堪入眼,水冷排散热翼片大面积损坏,散热翼片布满灰尘。 RMA发货至台湾时连带风扇并在邮件中注明,RMA回来就没有了,一次非常不可意思的RMA经历,对此我表示严重的抗议。 等待接近15天RMA回来是这样的一个结果,我已经发出邮件给台湾EVGA售后supporttw@evga.com,一个全新的物品就RMA后就这样给消费者? 我在这发表帖子只是表述我RMA经历和感受和我需要EVGA给予一个明确的答复!!!

    How are units like this ever making it out the door at evga?  One simple look at the unit would tell anyone competent, that it shouldn't be sent out to a customer.
     
    Another customer had a similar experience while doing a RMA on EVGA CLC cooler.

    I can understand that if it got damaged somehow in transit (in terms of the Rad being like that), but again...obviously not a customer created issue....
     
    I would hope eVGA will fix this. I'm losing my belief in eVGA customer service, tho.
