See the problem is that there is no official statement as to how long he plans on staying in business and what will happen if he should get really sick or die.
They could have a hundred year warranty and still plan on closing in a couple years.
No one really knows. A big retailer has pulled their PSUs and only has a few EVGA mice for sale.
Again I don’t see a promising future.
But if it’s going the way the owner wants, so be it.

EVGA products page search of  "12VHPWR" gave the description below linked to the Newegg link above to the older EVGA with no 12VHPWR?

Yeah that's definitely weird. The P3 launched in 2021, so it's definitely pre-PCIe 5.0. The only ones EVGA has launched more recently are the FTW and XC series, which do claim ATX 3.0 and PCIE 5.0 support and do come with the 12VHPWR cable.
 
I'm pretty sure the G7 (which launched in 2022) was the last new supply with a 10 year warranty. No 12VHPWR (or ATX 3.0, PCIE 5.0 support).
 
They never even launched the stand-alone 12VHPWR cable they were supposedly working on (Jacob had confirmed that quite a while ago) that was supposed to be compatible with their other power supplies.

They make the PerFE 12 pin cable for older PSUs.  BUT, it's only for 30 series (FE and 3090 Ti).  It's only 12 pin and lacks the 4 sense pins needed for 40 series.
 
Cablemod makes one though.  Others might too.

Right. I was just making a comment about the promised cable directly from EVGA that never materialized, as it would have come from their power supply group that allegedly is still moving forward and what they're focused on...
