Purchased October 17th from EVGA.
Registered on the EVGA site.
Received no promotional code not through email or even anything in the box when the package arrived.
What's going on?

I'm trying to get the code for destiny 2, It says i've been approved and i am given a link to the article but I haven't recieved a code.

Bought the GTX 1080ti.  EVGA had a link to Amazon.  Bought the card.  No code was given.  EVGA refuses to help because I bought it via a 3rd party retailer-a retailer that they host the link to, because they were sold out,
 
Last time I buy a EVGA product,  Customer server is very poor, no desire to resolve issues with the consumer.  Never had issues with MSI or Gigabyte in the past, my mistake for giving EVGA my money.

Way to make the register and redemption process slower than the post Black Friday shipping. No code because time lapsed.

The promotion doesn’t show closed, and there is no time limit as long as you purchased within the dates.. unless codes run out.

What are you referring to?

When did you purchase your card?

Where are you located?

All three of those are important to redeeming the codes.

I Purchased from Amazon on 11/23/2017 and it says "This promo is closed" where my code should be. I am located in the United States

You haven’t read the promo page then. The code comes from amazon, not from EVGA. Your code won’t show on evga. You need to contact amazon, like the promotion page says. You should read the promo page in its entirety.

Nvidia has all of the details. Evga’s page specifies, “products purchased From evga.com”. You did not purchase from evga.com. Amazon should help you out.

I was able to resolve my issue.  It took several calls to Amazon, but after looking up the account info, and listening to the call where the manager told me I got no code coming and hung up on me, and reviewing my letter of complaint, they are mailing me a hard copy of Destiny 2 and to make up for the insults of the former manager who hung up on me, gave me Battlefront 2 free of charge, to show they value their prime members.
 
It took me 3 phone calls, 6 or 7 emails and a threat to contact the BBB over the issue to resolve.  In the end, it was resolved.  My hard copy will arrive on the 19th.

I've uploaded the invoice and done all the steps needed to redeem destiny 2 but I get a message that says "Destiny 2 - Game Ready Game code has been fully completed redemption"

It's not really clear to me what this means, Have I completed redemption and now it needs to be processed? Has there been some problem somewhere (the message is in red text)?
I can't see a game code anywhere to redeem with, and I emailed Australian support the other day - haven't heard back though.

Has anyone had an experience like this? After just having spent $1.3k NZD on a graphics card, I would have hoped that the redemption process was a bit easier than what it was :(

I am in the same boat Alex.
I am at the same screen with the text... "Destiny 2 - Game Ready Game Code has been fully completed redemption"
It says the next step is "After uploaded, please click "Request" button on this promotion page" but there is no Request button to click on...
