Uruss How long does the promo last?
Please start by reading the terms and conditions of the on nvidia's website. The very first line in paragraph 2 states: Game code offer good beginning June 13, 2017 through June 27, 2017 or while supplies last.
I appreciate it

I bought a Hydro Copper SC2 11G-P4-6599-KR from the EVGA store on 6/20 and am 90% sure it was advertised as including a free copy of Destiny 2. I can't prove it as the cached page on that day is now gone. However, when I go to the page to redeem it says the promotion has ended and my card number is not listed as included in the promotion, but the cheaper 11G-P4-6399-KR Hydro Copper is listed.

Hum... the promotion ended for Rad Rodgers World One... I ordered my 1080 ti SC2 Hybrid from Newegg on the 27th, got the code for Destiny 2. But for WWRO RRWO, I need to register my card and upload an invoice. Except my card in still in the mail. So... would it still be claimable? On another note, what's up with Rocket League only for 1050, 1050 ti and 1060s? ?

Hello! My friend purchased for me EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid on June 26th in Ohio. Today I've received the parcel with the card and there was no code for Destiny 2 in the box. Any chance for me to get Destiny 2 code somehow?

You usually get the code from the reseller. So you need to contact the shop you bought/ordered it from. ~~~~~ Awww... I can't claim RRWO even though I purchased it before it ended, due to the time it took to ship.

I tried to redeem Destiny 2 over a week ago now and I was told EVGA have no more codes to claim. Pretty weak considering it was still actively being advertised at the time. steering clear of this brand in future.

Got it from a retailer called Mwave.
They supplied links to redeem from evga directly though.

Those codes are redeemed from nvidia, not from evga. The site is redeem.nvidia.com. The code always comes from the retailer, and you redeem.it from nvidia.. EVGA isn't a middle man for nvidia codes.

What region do you live in? The code comes from the retailer. If you read, it says, redeem code for gpu's purchased from evga.com your retailer should provide the code typically. There is a couple of.regions where that may change. You need to provide some clarification so you can receive the assistance needed.

Thanks, I have a friend who purchased the exact card at the same time I did but hasn't gone through the registration process yet as the site says you can complete redemption after the purchase restriction date. Hoping if something can be sorted out for my redemption, it could be extended to his as well.

@Gunn3dPC - I am having the exact same issue. I'm in Australia and I bought my 1080 gfx card from Umart. I've registered the card and it says I need to enter a code. The retailer said I do it all online and that they don't issue the codes..?

That's so to say the least. The only reason I bought a 1080 graphics card now was because of the Destiny 2 bundle. I've received the message "the promotion is closed", this is absolutely not good enough! I purchased my gfx card on the 27th June which is within the promotion period, I should be eligible regardless. I've always had EVGA graphics cards, this is enough for me to never use or recommend EVGA gfx cards ever again.

The vulgar language in your post has been removed, and further vulgar language will result in a warning as well as a possible ban if it continues. Review the terms of use before you go further, they can be found HERENow, calm down, and explain where you got your card and what region you are in first. Have you registered your card, and uploaded your invoice? Associated websites? EVGA only controls their website. Did you purchased from some associated site, or EVGA direct?

@Scarlet-Tech - Apologies for the language, but when you are expecting to receive something and you are abruptly told that you now aren't (promotion closed), the frustration can be overwhelming... Emotion aside, I have sent through a complaint over the support channel so perhaps they will be able to deal with this... But as per my earlier comment above from approx 11 hours ago, I purchased the graphics card from a retailer here in Australia. The retailer is called Umart and they advised that the whole code/redeeming process is done online. So given this advice, I went online and followed the process which included registering my card and uploading my invoice, both of these are done. I received a message on this link - au.evga.com/articles/01112/destiny-2-game-ready/ today that tells me the promotion is closed. (This is also where the promotion is still listed) I purchased my gfx card on the 27th June 2017 which was the last day of the promotion so I don't see why I'm not eligible...

I think you may still be eligible, they may just need to assist you. Australia and certain other countries are handled slightly different than the US side, because we have to go through the retailer. When you scroll down the Au page, does it show that you have no qaulifying product below the last picture of the gpus? If so, you kay be waitimg of them to verify a receipt and such to unlock it. Hopefully that is all it is, and the Au region team can help you all out.

Who are "they"? The complaints area? It doesn't say anything about the product not qualifying... My part number is 08G-P4-6284-KR which is included on the list of eligible parts. Part Number Serial Number Code/Message 08G-P4-6284-KR XXXXXXXXXX00230 The promotion is closed.

Not that I'm adding to anything, but I am also curious, because this is what I got from Rad Rodger World One. I was hoping, that despite my card still in transit when the promotion ended, the fact I purchased the card before they "closed" it on the page would be enough to redeem it. EDIT: I will actually add a complaint... and that is, the promotions don't list any dates beyond the "purchased AFTER" to qualify. I mean, it would be nice if they included something like promotion ends for purchase to qualify on such and such date and/or the cut off to redeem. With nVidia's site, at least it has "to qualify, it must be purchased between XX/XX/XXXX and YY/YY/YYYY dates. And you have until ZZ/ZZ/ZZZZ date to redeem codes." So, I got the Destiny 2 code since I bought the 1080 ti SC2 Hybrid through NewEgg, though I can't redeem it until the rest of my parts are in and the system is actually built, because GFE is checking for said qualified part. I'm not installing it in my current system just for the code. On the other hand, as I mentioned, I can't get RRWO.

They = EVGA. The company you emailed requesting support. The people that review your invoice and uploaded files for your product. Why can't/won't you install it in your system and redeem your code while you wait for the rest of your system components? If everything will arrive before the deadline, it shouldn't be an issue. The nvidia timeline limits you, so you may want to install it (if you have a slot to be able to) and claim it before you run out of time. I don't see the end date for Rad Rogers. It just states "while supplies last" which means supplies probably ran out. I mean, the promo started in December where most promos run for a few weeks to a month..

My current system is, well... currently dying. One of the PCIe slots is physically damaged. I think I yanked on the slot early in its life (2015?). It could've also been the cause for my 2nd Titan X (M) dying (SLI pair)... and/or that was separate and made it worse. As the RMA replacement for that Titan X also eventually stopped behaving properly (I took it out before it completely died). One ram bank isn't properly making use of my ram. It sees something there, but that's it... so, instead of 32 GB, I have 24 GB. And that's most likely because the CPU is damaged. It got dropped by the stupid CPU "helper" plastic when I attempted to replace the board, which then failed to boot up, ever. Ya kno how some swimming pool divers walk to the end of the diving board and then kinda hop and dive off? That's what I saw... and totally freaked out. So yeah, I'm trying to keep any new parts (that won't be staying) away from this system. Though, because I had planned on going "All EVGA" as a build theme, but ordered my i9-7900x from NewEgg as a combo with the MSI SLI PLUS board, I will be using that while I wait for the EVGA Dark. And once I get the Dark, I will move the board to the current system with probably i7-7800x to replace the boards... but that will be a permanent solution. In any case, the rest of the parts should be arriving within the next few days, so it should be up and running soon enough. The redemption deadline is 30 days after the game's release date... and with that date being in Sept, meaning I have until Oct-ish... I should have plenty of time.

I'm trying to redeem now and I'm not having any success, I'd definitely try to redeem sooner rather than later if you can.
