This is the response I received back from EVGA Support... what a joke. The promotion didn't say I had to apply within a certain time, it said I had to purchase a 1080 graphics card within a specific time frame. I purchased the graphics card on the 27th June 2017 but I didn't receive the physical product until after that date... I feel like I've been stitched up here.
 
"Hello,

Unfortunately this promotion has ended and you had  not applied in time to receive the promotion. This is an Nvidia promotion for which EVGA is a participant and we must follow the terms that are set by Nvidia. I apologize for the inconvenience.

In any case, the rest of the parts should be arriving within the next few days, so it should be up and running soon enough. The redemption deadline is 30 days after the game's release date... and with that date being in Sept, meaning I have until Oct-ish... I should have plenty of time.




I'm trying to redeem now and I'm not having any success, I'd definitely try to redeem sooner rather than later if you can.




Like I said, I have near 3 months to redeem it (Destiny releases in Sept and I have up to 30 days after that date), and I should be able to actually do it in 3 days.
 
So yeah...
 
The difference between you and me is... I got the code through from NewEgg, even though I bought an EVGA card. And nVidia's redemption process is highly specific when it comes to dates.
 
I don't know why Australia has whatever regulations in place that requires you to get the code from EVGA instead of Umart. When most other countries (that allow the code promotion anyway) allow you to get it through the retailer.
 
Edit: update as of 7/8/17... finished assembling the system, got it up and running. Logged into GFE and my email... and battle.net. And now I have Destiny 2 registered in my battle.net account.

Well, in the end EVGA were no help at all. They couldn't provide me a Destiny 2 code as per their promotion so I went directly to Nvidia. Nvidia requested the email trail from EVGA and then responded back with a code! well done Nvidia.

I'm still yet to receive my Destiny 2 code as well - I get the same message on the evga page that others have gotten:

Uploaded my invoice on 23 June (got the email from evga confirming recepit of the invoice) but the page that's supposed to have the code never updated and now it says promotion closed. I'm from Australia too. Any advice on who to contact to get it sorted?

Sorry for delays for you folks in Australia. I have sent a request up for someone to look into this again. I know the tech's were working on it, but I haven't pestered them to find out what happened.

Probably wouldn't hurt honestly. Hopefully they will be able to help as well. Unfortunately, I don't have direct contact with most of the tech's there due to the time differences.

I didn't get much help from the web chat either initially but I pushed for it and the matter was escalated, only then did I get the result I wanted.

Ordered my first 1080ti when the last promo was on took 6 weeks to get the card from evga so I missed that promo and just purchased my second card from scan two days before this started so just missed the second promo /faceplam

I just purchased, well a week ago, a new competitor's 1080 11gbs OC model, and received the game code for Everspace.

This makes sense as EVGA is not really giving the code right but rather Nvidia... Glad they were able to set you up with one.

Made a purchase of an EVGA 1080 Founders edition back on the end of June, but did not finish building the computer until August, and managed to get everything registered today.
 
I have uploaded the invoice and all that, but on step 3:
"3. After uploaded, please click "Request" button on this promotion page"
It does not actually provide a request button to look at.
 
Any suggestions?

I've uploaded the invoice and done all the steps needed to redeem destiny 2 but I get a message that says "Destiny 2 - Game Ready Game code has been fully completed redemption"
 
It's not really clear to me what this means, Have I completed redemption and now it needs to be processed? Has there been some problem somewhere (the message is in red text)?
I can't see a game code anywhere to redeem with, and I emailed Australian support the other day - haven't heard back though.

I am at the same screen with the text... "Destiny 2 - Game Ready Game Code has been fully completed redemption"
It says the next step is "After uploaded, please click "Request" button on this promotion page" but there is no Request button to click on...

Also having same problem as people above brought a 1080ti FTW3 on September the 5th uploaded a copy of invoice got the message Destiny 2 - Game Ready Game Code has been fully completed redemption. Just checked again today and now getting the message The promotion is closed.
