bill1024 Everyone says " Push/pull fans on a radiator work best. So I set one up as push and one as pull and the temps are the same. Go figure.
Hard to see that the right side was solid or the Top of the Computer Case Old Eyes I guess.

What if instead you put 4 fans? (2 push, 2 pull)?
I don't think a 2nd fan on the right side would work at all, push or pull. !!!

I had one rig not liking the PG tasks, spitting errors left and right. Made a few adjustments and seems to be ok now.

Directions said it would not fit a 280mm radiator on top. They were wrong, it fits up there just fine.

I bought the VGA RTX2060KO that has the 104 GPU core chip, not the 106 core chip. Some basic testing. Running at 1980hz 70c-ish RTX2060KO folding 1,03,600 PPD 14196 (19, 371, 177) Work unit core ox21 2min 14sec TPF 10% done In BOINC primegrid GFN tasks, it beats my 1080Ti and my Radeon VII, The Radeon VII also beats the 1080Ti on these tasks. Looking at my tasks vs other peoples 2070 and super it beets those, just under a 2080, although a couple tasks it did beat a 2080. I have no way of knowing their setup/settings and so on. 2060ko 1980hz 70c on stock air cooler GFN17mega 275-280 seconds GFN18 950-955 seconds GFN19 2218-2236 seconds Radeon VII 1790hz 40c water cooler GFN17mega 290-296 GFN18 795-799 seconds faster than the 2060 yet slower on the 17mega and the gfn19 kind of odd. GFN19 2130 1080Ti 2025hz 40c water cooled GFN17mega 370-377 GFN18 1230-1235 seconds

Been awhile since, I came out of my Ice Cave. Hope everyone is doing well, for me life and work have taken priority over the computer. I try and pop in now and then to see how the team is doing, and keep some compute power working in the back ground. Its good to see all the new badges and catch up on the threads.

Hey Everyone, I'm going to switch all my crunching gear to folding for some time to help with the COVID-19 fight. I will still crunch for the PrimeGrid challenges.

Is what a 2080 would get on Core 21. Core 22, a 2060 Super/2070 gets close.

Doing my best to stay away from people, use the mask if I have to go to the store for something. I limit my trips to the store for sure. Everyone here is doing ok for the most part. My Grandson in the navy was sick, cough, fever, headaches, but tested neg. for C19 Now my son-in-law is not feeling well, cough, headaches, tight chest... waiting for the test results. He has to quarantine for now Missing the grandkids though, not been able to see them much since this all started. The baby grandson(6mo.) is getting big quick and his sister (3yr) is growing so fast. Really really miss them. With the warmer weather most of my boxes are shut down except for sprints/challenges little folding here in there. I do have a bunch of things to get working on, I picked up a few cases to put the open boards in. Open boards all over take up a lot of space, cases can get closer together and much neater. But before I spend a lot of time on the computers I have a bunch of parts to install on my 93 Mustang. The headliner is all out, have to fix some rust on/by the sun roof, install new headliner and get all the trim back on. Replace the weather strips on the sunroof and the drivers door. Front and rear brake pad and rotors, motor radiator fan blade and fan clutch, Borla XS mufflers. And I have to change the oil in the engine and the supercharger, not changed the blower oil in quite a while. That's not even mentioning the honey-do-list........ Hope everyone out there stays healthy in every way. Some though crazy times, and I think may get worse before getting any better.

Zoom is a good way to "visit" with social distancing 93 Mustang sounds like a fun project ... except putting in the headliner by yourself .. sounds like a challenge
