So you have one fermi and three g80s. I apologize if this was said before but the most logical conclusion is that you have the fermi flag on the wrong gpu in Tracker. Perhaps you can oneunit those you have going (so you don't lose an almost completed wu), then start them in different configurations until you get all four going.
 
Later, you can figure out why the autodetect doesn't work. It would be helpful to post a capture of the message you get when you autodetect and a capture of the gpus in Device Manager.

I'm tryin to remember what I've heard about 295s (I don't have one). They have another video out don't they? DVI-DVI-HDMI? I seem to remember something about needing to use that third output for dual monitors. If you have the connectors, can you try that?

Must have been the dual PCB version that I remember them talking about that had a third output.

I folded three 295's on one motherboard with no issues
only one cable driving the dispaly, and yours is one of them
Right now i'm folding two 480's with one 580 no issues.
