I have my order of the Noctuas 12x25 pwm cancelled. The fastest options to get at home are this ones:

1) Arctic P12. 12 €
2) Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM 14€
3) Arctic Bionix. 17€
4) Corsair ML 120 pro. 22€.
5) Silent Wings 120 high speed. 25€
6) Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-3000 PWM. 26€
7) Noctua A12x25 pwm. 30€ (waiting longer to get them).

I'm not too fussy about noise but I dont want too extreme noise.

Radiator is for the rtx 3090 kingpin hybrid.

What I don't get is how the Noctua A12x25 has very similar specs than the Arctic P12 and the price difference is that big. I don't know if the radiator will need a little bit more static pressure than this two at 2.20 aprox.

What do you recommend for a balanced performance-noise?

The 3090 FTW3 Ultra fan weren't as loud as these @ around 1800rpm/60%~70% after installing the hybrid kit.
I'm currently looking at Noctua NF-F12 but unsure if they'll be usable and are more quiet? Also assuming I have to buy a fan that hits high rpm? Since these seem to be rated at 3000? The hybrid evga fans @ 60%~70% 1800RPM is base ps4 jet engine level.

 
I have a Lian Li Dynamic O11 and so my radiator and fans are able to be in the back chamber of the mobo (probably lessens the noise).
I put Noctua NF-F12's on my Radiator instead of the EVGA ones. I have some case fans that are on the inside of the case, but technically on the radiator. With this setup my gpu is near silent... I originally had an air cooled FTW3 Ultra which I put the hybrid kit on. When I was running air cooled my system was pretty loud and the GPU was a lot hotter high 60's, low 70's. Since putting the Hybrid Kit on, I'm running high 40's, low 50's, OC'd.
 
My GPU hardly ever has to spin up to full fan speed while gaming. Hope this experience helps.

I'm using the arctic bionix and they work great. About the same performance but they look better and are quieter.

I thought the NF-F12 was for radiators and the NF-A12 was an all-arounder?
 
I think that is literally what Noctua's marketing pitch is... the F12 is designed for radiator static pressure
