Cable Compatibility Question for G2 550

Hi everyone,
 
I lost the VGA 6+2 pin PCIe cable for a G2 550W that I need for a 1060, but I do have extra from my GA 650 and G3 650. Can I safely use either for the G2? Thanks in advance.

    Using the g3 cable will be fine.

    Q: Which EVGA Modular Cables are compatible with my PSU?

    A: Cables/Sets for 850 watt and under B3/B5/G2/P2/T2/G3/G5/GA/GM/GP/GT units are compatible.
     
    Also: EVGA PCIe 8pin (6+2) + 6pin Cable (Single) Compatibility.
