So I’m looking over the warranty stuff from EVGA. It says you can transfer to a second buyer and it has a 3 year transfer warranty for the KL type.

Then as I go and look down in the limited warranty what’s not covered section it says products purchased from eBay and not the official store fall under the not covered limited warranty.

So I’m confused if I purchased a card secondhand and it falls into the second hand transeferable it’s not actually covered for limited warranty based on the last paragraph?

From my understanding you need the seller to have given you an invoice for the sale of the card to prove you are now the legal owner of it. I don’t recall hearing eBay was excluded from a warranty but things have changed this past year. You could always reach out to support and see for sure since it’s always best to know before you spend the money then being sorry afterwards.

Yeah I would have an eBay invoice for the purchase. Seems the pictures didn’t load.
