I'm in the same boat as trunks, picked up a 2080 ti ftw3 plus a waterblock. Dont even receive the items for another week. I know the promo says on or after 11/20, but I mean damn. I just dropped $1700+ in your store

Ouch, bought my 2080ti last week as well.  Not sure if its worth it though since its artifacting like a beast.

Yeah, it's tough with something like this that has such limited availability.  If you really want one then you literally can't wait, have to buy as soon as they pop up.  It also means you can't return the recently purchased card and purchase another one to qualify for the promo because there's no stock.
 
The last time this kind of thing happened to me was with Newegg and a Samsung SSD.  They put up a free Far Cry 5 promo, like, literally the day I received the SSD.  Newegg customer support couldn't help, so I literally just ordered a second of the exact same SSD to get the free Far Cry 5 and when it came in I returned it like it was the first one I originally purchased.  Seemed stupid to me, but it was my only option.

This stinks. My cards out for delivery.

It doesn't sound like its going to happen. I called, I got "blah blah blah nvidia". i'm going to wait for black friday. They seem to sell the bf series for 30 bucks @ bestbuy normally. But this year might be difference considering the game was officially released today.

Here we go again... early adopters who have money to pay for over priced cards and now complaining about a 60$ game.

For those considering returning the cars, return shipping and restocking fees will cost far more than Battlefield V. NVidia is running this promo, so talk to nvidia about bending their rules.

For those that purchased directly from evga, you should talk to support directly. NVidia sets the rules, so evga probably doesn’t have much of a say in the rules, but it never hurts to ask.

If you bought from anywhere other than evga, you need to talk to your retailer, as evga cannot give codes out to anyone but direct purchases.

In the future, games always come with the cards a month or two after launch. If you decide to “early adopt” then you know what you are getting into. Your complaint will be noticed, but no one should ever buy early if they really want the game.

I’m not complaining I’m just bummed out. BFV is already on my PC via Origin Access, it would be nice to have a permanent copy though since I have no intention of keeping the service.

I’m still waiting for Windows update 1809 so I can see these reflections Jacob has been posting on twitter.

I bought the card and it is still in shipping; (ie I haven't even received it yet!) does one still qualify for the product Battlefield V promotion? It would appear to be a little bit of a grey area regarding qualification for the promo...

Based on the Date You Ordered the Card, not the Shipping or the Date you receive it.
"Purchase any graphics card from the qualifying list above on or after Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from EVGA.com"

Just received an answer to my email from EVGA staff:

I just purchased the following; which were almost impossible to come by elsewhere from your webshop on Nov 16 and Nov 19 respectively. Both products are still in shipping to me and I have yet to receive them. Do I still qualify for the Battlefield V promotion announced today Nov 20? 1. EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 11G-P4-2487-KR, 11GB GDDR6, iCX2 & RGB LED 2. EVGA Hydro Copper Waterblock for EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3, 400-HC-1489-B1, RGB It would appear I still qualify as I haven''t even received the products captioned above? Cheers

Unfortunately this is a promotion put on by Nvidia and not by EVGA. Nvidia had provides the promotional code for purchases on or after Nov 20th. This is something EVGA has no control of since this is not our promotion to begin with. I do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
