Literally 5 seconds after posting the above... EVGA responded to my customer service email and advised they now have more keys. Just submitted my request so you should be able to do the same.

Am I correct in saying it is impossible to buy an EVGA GPU directly from EVGA's Australian website? Prices are in USD but way better than Australian retailers. I'd rather support the manufacturer directly and get a better price..but seems you can't add it to cart?

My code does not work, just registered my 2080ti and got the email with the approval. Copied the code and went to the nvidia's link to redeem it and got this message.
"The code you entered is no longer valid or cannot be redeemed by your account. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact us through the options available at ."

Yes copied the code directly from EVGA's webpage. I emailed them but no response, this was literally 15 minutes ago though.

Probably not. Contact EVGA support and request help. This is a user based forum, with an occasional visit from an EVGA tech. If you contact support, they can provide much better help.

They refused. They told me to send the chatlog to amazon which I did but that did not help at all.
