Go through the retailer where you purchased the Cards from. They may be able to get you codes.

You definitely read that correctly. Did they give you the code, plus $10 certificate? Or did they write that wrong, and just give you a $10 certificate.

Yea the credit shows up when purchasing something. I think that's pretty cool that i got something out of it anyways.
I might still bother them to clarify but i will give them time. I also think that is was worded wrong.

The $10 credit is something that they give to the next purchase and shows up automatically on checkout. They give them out often I had an order where they sent me two Nerf guns when I ordered one. Support apologized for the mistake told me that I didn't need to worry about sending it back then for my inconvenience gave me the $10 credit. I kind of think it might have been support shocked to have someone contact them to know they got an item they where not billed for.

You seem to have missed everyone that posted this already. Stock comes and goes very quick. Be quick. Buy from and authorized retailer, and you can get the code from them.

Just wanted to provide an update here. I bought a 2080 Ti FTW3 from evga.com on Friday 11/26 when they came it stock (for like 10 minutes). I chose the free ground shipping, so it took until today (11/26) for my card to arrive. I was able to register the card to my EVGA account with my proper purchase date of 11/16/18 and request the Battlefield V code and redeem with no problem at all!

Bought the 2080TI FTW3 a few days before the promo. Kinda hard to catch these promos when the cards are only in stock for minutes at a time, once every week or so. Cmon EVGA, these promos should be available to everyone. Remember the days when EVERYONE who bought new video cards got a big AAA title for free? Nvidia is brilliant. Put these promos out when cards are nearly impossible to get and always out of stock, that way they don't actually have to give out free games, but get the hype out there.

The promos usually run for quite a while. It isn’t like like nvidia puts it up for a short window. They have run them between one and two months in the past. Folks keep acting like it is a 24 hour promotion and then gone.

thanks for the info, the game must be buggy then. I ran several other games with the RTX2080 and didn't have any issues.

Is the Battlefield V offer over? I just bought an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 11G-P4-2487-KR, yesterday and received and registered it today. I bought it from the EVGA website. When I go to the page to get a code it says, "YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS." Did I get confused again? What do I do now?
I was able to apply for a trim kit but I apparently have to hear back from some super secret EVGA Overlord council on whether or not my application will be accepted. Hint to any Overlords reading this, "I picked the red one." :P

I figured it out. I entered the serial number wrong. I deleted it and resubmitted everything and I was able to get the game.

I figured it out. I entered the serial number wrong. I deleted it and resubmitted everything and I was able to get the game.
Make sure to contact EVGA directly. Even if you did figure it out, they need to remove the other serial number. There is only a slim chance it would affect someone else, but if you entered someone else’s serial number by accident, their card could potentially show as a used product.
