While I agree newt has put a lot of effort and it's great that people support him, it's not kosher to pressure people into using a certain code.  People are free to use their discount on whomever they wish.

I'm sorry if my word are pressuring anyone, even if I don't see how, and is not my intention. I even mentioned using his versus mine to "support" his effort, and in reply to thingol post.

Not sure what you are reading, but if it is the original post that started this thread, I don't think you are reading it right.
 
As of October 11, you need to be down to no more than two active 30 series registrations or EVGA will pick your two "oldest" registrations and disregard the rest.

Wow. I checked my notifies and they are all gone. I signed up for them last year or very early this year. I guess I'm not getting one anytime soon.

So of the 5 model notifies I have, which 2 to keep to maximize my chances of getting one? Based on the information, 3885 and 3897? Or are 3080 TIs dropping much more often? I *MIGHT* consider a 3080 TI if it arrives months sooner..
 
Also, what is happening between now and Oct 11? Will deleting my extra notifies today vs. 5 days from now have any effect? Say, if there were a random drop of 3080 TIs, and I happened to be next in line? My guess is no, but just wanted to confirm..

I missed a nonfiction email that was sent back in June and missed the window to purchase the card. Does the sent notification counts as me having "been able to get multiple GPU’s"?  Cause I'm still waiting to buy one, just one. 

Only counts if you buy it.

Regarding your last point, EVGA is continuing to drop to the queues (hopefully daily...like the ones that dropped today). 30 Series purchases made from the Queues prior to 10/11 do not count against the two registration cap, so if you can remember to drop your extraneous registrations on 10/10 (and if you are close on at least one of the queues that you were considering dropping), there may be some slight value/chance of getting a drop by holding off until 10/10 to remove those extra registrations.  

Thanks. See my "edit2" - the two 3080s that are moving (3885, 3897), I'm still months away. I'm a few minutes away on 3967 (queue time today was reported at 9:03, with a 7-minute movement). Any advice on my best bet for getting a card soon this year?

No, the queues are locked now. If you aren't currently in a queue, you won't be able to join a queue until they reopen them at some future date that is TBD.  If you are spamming these threads with posts to secure yourself Elite status for the sole purpose of gaining entry to a queue now...you are wasting your time.
